Terrible experience with TD Bank. We have had a business account with TD for the past seven years. We wanted a trade reference letter from our account manager, John Imer, for our movers membership. We've been trying to reach him for the past two weeks, leaving voicemails and sending him emails, but he hasn't responded. Although I've been to the branch 4-5 times, each time different excuses from them. You're sitting there to service your clients professionally.

Thanks to Miss Jessica , Mr Blade Dodge and Mr Joseph. they're very professional people. They helped me solve a very quick drawback they are very kind and gave me very cordial attention. Excellent workers and excellent attention at the bank. :)

Great experience. Customers were arriving quickly but 4 tellers were open and they were being served quickly. Also, my teller applied common sense and didn't make me show ID or get my phone code to make a withdrawal. My pin code and the fact that I've made similar transactions and showed that I knew something about my accounts was enough. Common sense is so uncommon these days that it is refreshing to see it is still being applied.

Worst customer service by CSR name "Alex" she literally have no idea that how you gona react or response to our customer and the way she talk and answer the question like customer is stupid and illiterate, Please I request to the higher authorities to teach her how to deal with customer and I do better undertand everyone is professional in their field but don't underestimate ur customer becoz each and everyone has their own moral values and respect. I am in customer relations more than 16 years and I really do teach my customers if he or she don't undertand our policy but not the way she talk like biggģgg bosssss, I really disappointed and felt bad to write this all but its fact and please give her training first instead of reference entry

Horrible customer service, especially if you're business. I'm always sent back in line to line up again. This only happens at this branch. Manager and customer service rep both said for me to go another location. Very rude and disrespectful, manger sometimes pretends shes busy when shes not. If no stars was an option, I would give no stars.

This branch is one of the best TD locations. All the staff is nice and welcoming. The tellers provide great experience every time I come. More specifically, the managers are always there to help and they are very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this branch!!
