Meet a truly nice, helpful, customer oriented person from Nintendo. She was happy to help me by stopping her display set-up to ask if I needed something from the locked display case. She went herself to find someone with the key. Normally,I have to go look for help. One negative point is that the cashiers at the photo centre and at the front were poorly trained. One asked for exact change from me since she didn't know how to operate the register in order to give change back. She had to be told which coin was a dime! The other cashier didn't understand why her register kept asking for a penny! I was a cashier, I trained cashiers, and these two were new but required more training.

Unfortunately no zero or negative ratings available. Just the worst experience you can have. No employees available anywhere, cashiers randomly closing after you have waited in line with no warning, self checkout machines regularly broken, and if that isn’t bad enough, a senior citizen waiting at the door to check your receipts and rummage through your bags because Walmart believes all customers are thieves.I’ve been buying from Amazon more and more, I hope one day I will never have to step foot back in this garbage store again.

So basically I was about to buy the baby seat and most of the prices displayed were wrong. So I spoke to the manager Karnnab. She can’t offer me the price displayed on the product. I told her to grant me the price that Walmart bought the car seat for as customer appreciation but she said no we can’t do it. Now I have been trying to contact store manger shailly. No answer till now and in 5-10 minutes they have corrected all the prices of the product.

For Loss Prevention Services at this Store: Store # 1081I had an outstanding experience with the Loss Prevention Services at this Walmart store. Their team displayed a remarkable level of vigilance and provided immediate assistance that greatly exceeded my expectations.Today my cell phone was stolen while I was shopping at the store. They not only reacted promptly but also managed to retrieve my stolen cell phone on the very same day.In addition to their effective loss prevention efforts, the team's customer service was exceptional. They were not only professional but also very understanding and helpful during a distressing situation.Overall, I am highly impressed with the Loss Prevention Services at this Walmart store. Their vigilance, immediate response, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly praiseworthy.Thank you for your exceptional service.

None of their employees know where anything is. I asked 3 employees 3 separate times as to where a product was, and they all sent me to different ends of the store (none of them sent me to the right place). A quick stop for one product that should have taken less than 10 minutes turned into about half an hour because nobody knows anything??

Saturday 12:30. Half of one side of self checkouts are closed. The other side completely shut off. For what? People with 30+ items in self checkout where as those with 2-3 items are subjected to ridiculous process flows.Absolutely useless. Fire the manager that runs OPS here.

So apparently, I should be feeling "guilty" that I am "starving babies" and should be "more thoughtful" with parents who cannot buy milk for their babies.I was going to let this pass, but I am losing sleep over an incident I had with an employee/supervisor this evening, on October 2nd, around 8 pm, at the self-checkout register. My husband and I picked up three cans of Nido+1 formula for our baby girl, but when we were scanning the milk, it called for a supervisor. An employee came to us and told us that there was a limit of two. So, I told my husband, "No problem, I'll pay for the other one with some other items I had in my cart." I went on with my transaction, and this "supervisor" (not the first cashier) took the can away from us and told me that I couldn't do that because my husband already had two cans. I explained that this was a completely separate transaction, but with a loud tone, she said it didn't matter because it's a limit of two per family. It didn't stop there. I told her, "What difference does it make if I leave the store and come back to buy it?" She started telling me that I should be more considerate of others and that I should feel guilty for starving babies.I'm sorry, but this was very unexpected and unnecessary. People started to look at me, and it was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. But it didn't end there.I got very upset and went back inside the store to pick up another formula and went to a regular register. To my surprise, when I was next in line, the cashier told me that she was told "not to sell it" to me.I cannot express how upset I am at this person.1) Firstly, for trying to put guilt on me and making me responsible for children's starvation. (By the way, there were so many cans of Nido+1 formula, boxes and boxes on top of each other, so there were plenty).2) For embarrassing me in front of other employees and customers.3) For making me feel like a thief and going around telling employees not to "sell to me."Luckily, I was able to talk to a manager about this "supervisor" going around telling the cashiers not to sell to me, but I wish I had told him about how I was treated and accused (I was shaking). I was so shocked and upset at the time.A simple "I understand your point, but it's part of the store policy" would have been enough. But her accusations, the tone of her voice, and the embarrassing moments, making me feel like I was stealing, made me have the worst experience ever.

The representative Cristina the at photo centre at this location, is exceptional. I had to go to two different Walmart locations to get my request fulfilled. She even stayed over time to help me do canvas printing, which is not something she was required to do but because she has a great character she was able to help me in a pinch. Please give Cristina a raise or bonus! Thank you!

I wouldn’t even give this sad excuse of a Walmart a 1 star. My sister had the worst experience at this Walmart and I would not recommend anyone go here. I don’t know the name of this particular cashier but it’s an older woman who does not know how to speak to customers. My sister said nothing to her and this ridiculous rude cashier who picked a fight with my sister over something that was HER fault. This woman needs to be taught manners and decency. I’d also like to add the useless CSM just stood there and did nothing. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting. Good to know Walmart stands for customer disrespect and disrespectful attitude towards the consumers. DO NOT go to this Walmart.

If I can give it ZERO I would. The cashiers and rude disrespectful extremely unprofessional and clueless. I know Walmarts customer service is not the best but this one has the worst - csm will support the associate even if they are in the wrong. Management is trash associates trash yet Walmart cannot seem to allocate some money to help set some standards for their cashiers

I am so done with this place. Stuff out of stock, and they want to make me feel like a thief again.Stopped going for a few months when they were harassing people for receipts at the exit. They stopped, so i started going back again. After tonight, I'm no longer shopping there. Permanently.

Every time I go for online grocery pickupThey always make you wait for no reason. I’m just so pissed. They never have things ready and no one is supportive at all. Worst service ever. I order online to save time but always end up wasting more time here waiting.

This Walmart location quickly became the worst I have ever visited. The carts now need a quarter so you can grab them. I didn't have one with me so I went to look for baskets and couldn't find any, so I asked one of the staff and was told they don't have them anymore. Really? If you made carts paid, then at least provide an alternative. In a nutshell - no plastic bags anymore, no baskets anymore, paid carts. Worst customer service.

This Walmart has worst staff. They don’t know how to check receipt. One person was checking exactly at checkout and saying me that I didn’t scan the items and scan it again. Then I checked my receipt again and showed him all the stuff is scanned. Train your employees properly on how to check receipt.
