It’s disappointing that a major company like Winners enforces fitting room policies based on outdated gender restrictions. As a man, not being able to accompany my girlfriend to her fitting room feels unnecessary and inconvenient. Furthermore, it is unacceptable for employees to communicate these rules with a dismissive, sexist attitude, using phrases like 'you cannot cross to the other side.' A more respectful and inclusive approach is expected from a company of this size.

Most horrible experience. My mother bought a pair of gold earrings. As per policy she wasn’t allowed to try them on in store. She thought nothing of it and purchased them. When she got home and tried them on the back of the earring where it’s supposed to fasten or click into place was broken. She brought them back and explained to them they were broken and had received a defective item. However they did not care. She was not allowed to get her money back, get an exchange of equal value, absolutely nothing.
No compassion, no empathy. The assistant manager should not have the title of “assistant manager”. She lacks critical thinking skills and does not know how to handle situations like this. Please put someone who knows what they are doing in charge. Please and thank you

Not a large selection for men. Small selection of men shoes. I spend $200 but have to walk out with my clothes, and stuff on my hands because they don’t give bags. Disgusting

We bought patio chairs from this location and after we bought it, we noticed a screw was missing in one of the chairs. The store has an employee "Harsh Chahar" who not only helped find us the matching screw from the warehouse but also helped fit it after many attempts while we almost gave up and were about to return the chairs back.
Kudos to the store for having such an employee who went way out of his way to help, just because I really liked the patio chairs, and wanted it fixed rather than simply return because they were not setup correctly.
