On Thursday afternoon I was looking for a liner for my shower curtain when a person stocking on the floor came over. The woman very assertively explained how the liner I had in my hand was no good and I needed to use the one she used. Then she hovered to see what I took. Bottom line I bought what she insisted on and it leaks just like I had stated to her. The whole thing cost me extra money and time. Never had a shelf sticker be so aggressive. Kind of a lousy experience

Great place but customer service was appalling i was by the sheet and blankets area i saw someone come out from a black door tall white hair black pants older man blue and white dress shirt i asked if he worked here...looked at me and said no and continued on his way...shortly after i was going to check out and to my left he was calling wt seemed to be floor staff over ....for a meeting.So he did WORK THERE BUT DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED TO ASK ME IF I NEEDED ANY HELP!...SATURDAY DECEMBER 2nd apx between 3:30 and 5pm i just wanted to inquire about a bed n a bag $159.99the store just lost that sale.....!Luckily, i kept 2 purses in my cart and did purchase them, which was well over $300.00 among other items.I couldn't believe the NON LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A MANAGER.This was despicable service.He shouldn't be in management at allDefinitely needs training....and should not be in a mangers position.He needs to be demoted if not fired.

I tried some clothes and didn’t find what I was looking for . On my way out a person told me did I have my jacket on when I entered . It was very insulting . I came back to complain and ask why that person insulted me . Asked for the manager name and Maria g was her name .she shout at me and said they can insult any body without any evidence randomly . She said if I have any problem should talk to the costumer service . I asked for their name , Maria g and Maria p . I don’t let it go and will bring the issue with their costumer service as well and never go back to this store . Never been this much upset . Just because I tried some clothes and didn’t buy they didn’t have any rights to insult me . Specially Maria g the manager was very rude and she didn’t care about the costumer feeling . She constantly insulted me. Just because I was asking for the reason they insult their long time. Costumer . Their supervisor should know how they treat their costumers . I am still shaking from their behavior .they even didn’t apologize .this incident happened on nov 18 , 2023 at 6 pm. They accused me when I was in the store and even didn’t go out . Terrible experience. My only guilt was trying to buy some cloth. They disrespected me probably because I was minority but racism doesn’t have any place in this country.i constantly asking myself what was the reason that I deserve this . My mental health is ruined just because I tried to buy a coat to go to the party . Somebody should be accountable.

Lady with long straight black hair and glasses behind the jewelry counter at around 6pm on Nov 4th was great. I didn't catch her name but she was friendly, courteous and showed me some undercouter product that turned into a sale of three pieces of jewelry. Thank you!

Subject: Concerning Experience at Winners, Woodbridge ON-200 Windflowers Gate.Saturday November 11/2023 1:50pmI am writing to share a recent experience at the winners store located at 200 Windflowers Gate Woodbridge, ON. My daughters and I were shopping there, and although I didn’t find what I was looking for me, we ended up purchasing some toys for the kids.As we were leaving the store, two assistants, one of whom was named Loretta .P, approached us. They informed us that customers are not allowed to take shopping carts outside the store. I explained that I recently undergone shoulder surgery and assured them that I only intended to move the cart to the space between the two exit doors for ease of handling the items and my child.Despite this explanation, one of the assistants insisted that I could not move the cart any further. I reiterated my intention and asked for understanding due to my medical condition. However the situation escalated when Loretta. P attempted to pull the cart from my grip, with my 2- year-old still inside it. This action was alarming and could have resulted in harm and to my child.I am deeply concerned about this interaction for several reasons.Safety of children: This physical intervention with the shopping cart, especially with a young child inside, pose a significant safety risk.Customer Service: The approach taken by the staff lacked understanding and accommodation for a customer’s physical limitations.Professional Conduct: The interaction felt confrontational rather than helpful.I believe it this incident warranted attention for the safety and well being of customers, especially those with young children or physical limitations

Horrendous service. Asked the size of a painting, the store rep said (with an attitude) that she didn’t know, and when I pushed it a bit she asked if I have measuring tape, which I didn’t, so she got me some and told me to measure it. What’s the point of these store reps if they’re making me do their job???? The store manager came over, and didn’t see anything wrong with the employee telling me to measure the painting myself, and offered zero help other than looking at the painting and saying she doesn’t see a size listed. Then at checkout I saw the same manager talking to what might’ve been another manager, while looking in my direction and it felt like she was talking about me to him. Just a bizarre, and negative experience overall.

I asked where I could return my package, they looked at it and asked me to wait in line. It was a return so I didn’t put it in a cart or anything even though it was HEAVY. After waiting in line they told me my package was too big and I couldn’t return it there. ???The older blonde female employee is just rude for no reason, never going back there again.Giving 3 stars because the store was clean and organized and that’s all.

It is so hard to find clothes from a puzzle. No doubts you have all brands but imagine finding out things from a heap as conpared to well organized shelves. You need time to sort out heap but you need money for organized shelves. Time or money, you choose.

Worst winners ever! It’s near to my home so this happens to me every time I come here! Manger is so rude ! And you always should wait in line while just 3 or two cashiers are working!!!!
