The ambience is warm, inviting and serene upon entering. The staff is welcoming and helpful with all inquiries. And the classes are on point and rewarding, with knowledgeable instructors.

Owner has zero customer service experience or knowledge. Don’t expect to be respected here

Don't fool yourself with all the owner's replies that the reviewer who left negative review never attended the studio, they all did, the reviews are honest and the owner indeed disrespectful and rude.I attended the studio for over 6 months and was happy to find a place not far from my house and with instructor teaching traditional Indian yoga I was looking for a long time. After a few months I got suspicious why the owner requires more and more personal and other information to be added to profile. The requirement to provide a clear face image was the last straw. When I asked the owner what is the reason he started mumbling a complete nonsense like insurance companies require that (well, this is a lie because they never require such images of anyone having accident in your studio or anywhere else), after what I became even more suspicions. Why a small yoga studio requires in addition to detailed private and financial information also electronic signature (usually there is a requirement just to mark the waiver checkbox) and a clear face image, otherwise you will not be able to book a class? As an IT professional with over 35 years of experience with data security I am confident that your yoga studio website, Mr. Owner, is not safe, it is using pop-ups and other components that make data breach easily to be done. This is why I couldn't book classes after each your addition of such unsafe features to the website, it was because my home computer has three levels of firewall not to let such features to damage my data. My family, friends, and IT colleagues also found this very suspicious and strongly recommended to leave this studio before it is too late. Which I did.

I tend to feel intimidated as a new Yogi and someone just getting back into fitness after a long hiatus (sound familiar?) but this is such a welcoming studio. It's beautiful and clean, and the instructors and manager/owner are friendly. Instructors have their own fitness philosophy and personality, so it's good to try a few different classes taught by different instructors. The clients are also quite friendly. There's lots of people coming in for the first time too... you won't be the only one, and you won't be the only one who feels like you don't know what you're doing! :) Even though I selfishly don't want it to get super busy and crowded once the holidays are over, I do have to say that I highly recommend this studio.Okay, maybe one thing that I would like to see is members moving their mats closer together to make room for people who get to class a bit late.

I've attended 2 classes Hot Yoga int/adv classes here so far, both instructors were great and the facility is very nice. I would recommend this studio to anyone who likes Hot Yoga and is okay with it not being free.

pros: the studio is beautifulcons: the front desk service is not super welcoming, and the instructors I've experienced there haven't been amazing and all the classes are held in a dark room which makes for a very sleepy practice . I would prefer if they had some more energizing classes instead of every hot class being in a dark room.

The owner Aasif is beyond disrespectful, unprofessional and lacks what it means to be business owner. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who loves to practice yoga to go anywhere else but to Yoga Bodies.

This was such a horrible experience, I went with my sister for the first time and the owner is absolutely disgustingly rude?? he has no sense of customer service, and how to treat let alone customers in his studio but his employees... the amount of times I have seen him talk disrespectfully to his employees, how the heck does he still run this studio?!?!?
