I took one of our vehicles in to get repaired and I can tell you I saved a significant amount as opposed to going into the import dealership where I purchased it from. The staff wasn't only nice but they were extremely honest and for one of the items instead of fixing it and making more money off me, they somehow were able to find out that it was under a type of extended warranty recall. I called the dealership and they're doing it for free. thank you gentlemen”

Battery let me down yesterday. As was very close to Mufflerman and on recommendation of a friend stopped in.
Either by luck or good management on staff’s part , vehicle was taken right in. New battery needed as suspected. Options provided and upfront costs provided. Couple hrs later all good again.

Update (not directed at Anderson’s, but at GM): Long time GM purchaser here...
In my opinion, do not purchase GM Prepaid Maintenance. You cannot have service completed until you hit specific kilometer thresholds. While that may make sense on paper, we were only 200 km under the limit, already in town, and were denied service unless we paid out of pocket.
This is not Anderson’s fault. GM has become extremely strict with the GM Prepaid Maintenance rules. The cost ends up being the same as paying for the service yourself, but with more restrictions, so there is no real advantage to the customer.
It actually creates more hassle. Instead of getting the work done while already running errands, you now have to make a special trip after hitting an exact kilometer number, even though the dash had been indicating for over three weeks that the oil and fuel filter needed to be changed.”
“My car was making some noises after work the other day, so I called Oxford Auto. He told me to bring it in first thing in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they got me in right away! Took it in the next day, they diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, gave me a ride to work, and picked me up at the end of the day. Excellent service, and the price was reasonable!
