Been trying for four days open an account online and it keeps getting stuck on the “ we are reviewing your application,youre information has been received hang tight “ page. Ive tried different browsers , devices, mobile data and wifi and the process stays in that state.I have left it for hours and it will be in the same place. They say open an account in 7 minutes. Not true in my case. Ive wasted days and hours of my time trying with no success. It shouldn’t be that hard to open an account. Very disappointed.

I have been locked out of my account THREE times for "suspicious activity," upon questioning the bank, there is no "suspicious activity" to be found. My account is perfectly normal. Had to get two new cards in the span of two weeks because of this. Absolutely awful.

Pretty bad when you call BMO and they tell you it’s a 3 hour wait to talk to someone. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone and standing in line at the bank is just as bad. Time to change banks… thanks for the lousy customer service.

Gone to this branch twice, once last year and again today; I will never go to this BMO branch again. The first time at this location all I wanted to do was deposit money into my TFS account, don't know what the hold up was all about, but was told that I needed to book an appointment. I had to ask for a manager to get this done which was a hassle and again today I had the same experience with the exact situation a year later (wanting to deposit money into my TFS account). I was told by the bank teller that he didn't know how to do this even though I explained to him that all other BMO tellers at other branches (Kitchener, Cambridge and Drumbo) have been able to do this without a problem. The staff hired at the Woodstock branch are incompetent and are not fully trained to do their jobs. I wonder if blame should be placed on management for hiring incompetent employees and/or not training their employees to do their job effectively. Or maybe blame should be focused on head office for allowing such poor management to take place. What bank out there does not want to take someones money? Well, it's the Woodstock BMO branch; mark my words, I do not want to hear that this is a result of the "pandemic" because it's a piss poor pathetic excuse for your employees not doing their jobs.

I applied for a loan with Cynthia, and she put through my application on a Wednesday. I was told I would hear from her the following Monday... 2 weeks later I still have not heard from her after contacting her via email 2 times and leaving her 2 voicemails. Do not deal with her or this branch unless you want to waste your time. The Ingersoll branch had to take over my loan from them and they have been fantastic to deal with!

Hours of operation are horrendous. 10-4 Monday - Friday. Arrive twice after rushing here after work and get there @ 3:58 and 4pm. Doors locked up and staff ignores you. No other way do specific type of banking. I guess we are expected to take time off if work to do our in person banking now. Not impressed after switching from CIBC.

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had renewing my mortgage. Branch manager is totally useless
