We had a very good experience. We were having difficulty switching to Fido online. Rob was very helpful, got our phones working and was very knowledgeable. My only suggestion is if I have a follow up task to watch for until the system catches up to the changes is for Rob to slow down the instructions.😊

Bizarre place. Impossible to call to make an appointment, nobody picks up the phone.... ironic I know. Then if you show up the door is locked and they won't let you in without an appointment... or it just gets weirder and more awkward. I had to leave.🤷🏼♂️
