This dealership has got to have the worst service I have ever encountered. Every time I bring my truck here there is a problem. Whether it’s having a rental car ready for you when they are supposed to or having your vehicle ready on time. I recently brought my truck in for a leaking oil cooler under warranty. They told me truck would be ready for sure on a certain day. Well ends up the technician broke another part while trying to fix the oil cooler, part was not in stock and truck will be another day. Stay away from the service department here. They have all the excuses in the world.

Pretty frustrating visit to Anderson GM todayBrought 2 vehicles in for oil changes1- bought a new Buick in for the second free oil change and found out that we had to get the oil change prior to 24000 kms. We were 4% over and they would not or could not honour the free oil change. We were advised to speak to customer care at Gm. Mason, the gentleman that took care of us indicated he would also contact gm as well as their own warranty to service peopleEnd result they will reimburse us the $108 for an oil change if approved by Gm Be nice if we were advised there was a km limit.2- I receive a phone call from Anderson GM asking if I wanted to bring my vehicle in for an oil change and they would give me $45 off the service. When I received the bill, it wasn’t reduced the $45I asked Mason about this and he advised there were no discounts on oil changes. I asked him to call somebody and get this straightened out as I wouldn’t be at gm if it wasn’t for the call. He did make the phone calls and got the bill rectified, however I shouldn’t have to fight for what is offered. Especially when it is on the computer and in the system he is using.This is not a bash about Mason whatsoever, however our overall experience with Anderson GM this date was very frustrating to say the least. We now have to fight with GM customer care for the free oil change.Grant

Went in for an oil change . Assumed everything was fine to find out a few months later the oil filter wasn’t tightened properly and I have been leaking oil for the last few months. Called to have them look at it . Said they found nothing and refused to do anything dip stick barely registers oil . To which they said it doesn’t need any oil added after leaking for months. Wanted to then charge me a full price for oil change as that’s the only way they would fix it . But this was their mistake from the last time . Customer service is terrible went through multiple people no one accepts they did anything wrong. Service manager refuses to fix the problem . Will not deal there again as clearly they can’t handle a simple oil change.

Not impressed at all with the person I dealt with at this location. Unfortunately at the time I was having an absolutely horrible day. I will NEVER do business with this location again and I will be filing a complaint with Kia Canada. I wish I wouldn't have reacted the way I did that day because 2 wrongs don't make a right however I've never seen or dealt with this style of so called customer service before, and I worked in retail & retail management for over 10yrs.

Do not use their service department unless you want to throw your money away and have to get your repairs done again elsewhere. Went in for brakes, got my truck back sounding way worse then before. I've left multiple messages with no call backs, I had to actually drive to the dealership to get a hold of them. They said they'll look into it and call me back... that was weeks ago. Every time I call in and ask for the service agent, they are busy

The service people are great. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They fully explain what work needs to be done and cost so I can give my approval to go ahead or not. They give me updates on the more involved work that I need to have done. I'm very happy with the service and work I've had done so far.

Got a repair done there. Just threw parts at it and said it was fixed. Tested it out after I got it home. Still broken. They said they tested it out. Which I know was bull, as I had a tester myself when I got home and no they didn't work nor did it work on my trailer. So the problem was not fixed. My family had been going to this dealership for over 20 years and not anymore as they blatantly messed us around. They've lost all new vehicle purchases. Lost all repairs, oil changes, and any references for the next 20 years. Once you get burned, thats it. They're just like every other stealership out there.

Parts department is the most knowledgeable around. They know their stuff. Service is great , i know the new cars are difficult to repair yet the mechanics are well trained. Service advisors are great to deal with.

Nice people but CAN NEVER REACH THEM VIA PHONE! Always a busy signal! You need more than one line/one phone number for this large of a business! So frustrating!

Peter, Mohamed and team at Anderson GM were amazing to work with. Helping us get into a vehicle that works great for our family. We love our new 2023 Chevy Traverse. I would recommend anyone to go and get any and all their auto needs at Anderson GM. Five stars all the way
