“Called in for a specialty product that was unfortunately on backorder from their supplier (c’est la vie). Jim helped me and even followed up with a phone call when he had more information to provide. I was provided alternate options to help find the solution to my odd problem. This type of customer service is unattainable these days from most. I highly recommend this location and the team they have there. Two thumbs up!”
