Patrick even made a 3D printed model of the ring so I could visualize what it would look like before making a final decision. Unbeatable customer experience from start to finish, highly recommend.”

“Went in today for an appraisal on some jewelry my wife no longer wears, excellent quick and fair service. In fact the owner made a very reasonable offer which we accepted. We had been to a couple of other stores that day, with no luck just brushed off, the owner really care here and went out of his way to value the items and explain the valuations A+++++++++++++”
“I've been here twice for jewlery. Once a bracelet and then a promise ring. I'm honestly not sure why there is bad reviews on this lady's shop. She is very welcoming, knowledgeable, fair pricing. Her jewlery show cases are very clean and placed nicely. I guess if I did have to say anything negative.... I think the shop floor could be organized better. But in all honesty at least the items on the floor are clean! I will continue to shop here as I think she is a nice lady, and has fair pricing with quite a bit to offer. Makes me wonder if some of these bad reviews are because some of you think you know it all and don't accept positive feed back from a shop owner if you're in the wrong.”
