Maurice was very understanding and accommodating, and went above and beyond trying to get our bed frame ordered and in store for us in a timely manner(even during covid). He was calling us and keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. Bed frame is super sturdy, feels well built and solid

Save your money and shop elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE ALL SALES FINAL NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE. When you ask the guy who was so sure and so helpful to find you a mattress that'll work for you and sends you home with full springs that rip into your body all night on a bed that just hurts you, go somewhere else. Especially when they wont refund you at all.I spent less afterwards from Mattress Direct and got a mattress to my house in 2 days so that I could sleep and be a human again. They are a waste of your money and you can get better for less elsewhere.They do not use masks nor do they care of your or anyone elses safety. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
