I had a wiper blade break and so I went to Partsource. They installed a new blade but it kept getting caught under the other blade. When I asked about it they said the arm probably needed adjusted. I went to a local mechanic and they said nothing wrong except THE WRONG SIZE. Thank goodness for a great mechanic who knows their stuff!!!!

Great and friendly staff. My Van died and needed a battery right in the parking lot of Part Source. Richard helped me to get the Battery. Had it not been for his help I would have been stuck in Woodstock.

Walked into the with the intent to purchase a couple of items from the Woodstock store.Tried to strike a conversation , dont know if he misunderstood me but I was called creepy.A slip of the tongue is forgivable but when it come without even a small acknowledgement or even an opps, especially coming from the "Manager" even that's questionable....he needs some more training in customer service. There goes another customer to a rude staff member.
