Had the greatest help in the beauty department by Tammy today! Her friendliness, knowledge of the products and helpfulness was amazing! I’ve never had customer service like that at a Rexall before and I would go back just to have her help! Great job Tammy…keep it up! It’s people like you who make a shopping experience memorable.

Wow is all I can say about this place. The manager of this store is the most unprofessional, clearly uneducated and just plain rude with no manners individual I have ever had to displeasure of speaking to. I have put up with being followed throughout the store on FOUR occasions like I am a thief, and this is after 6 months of having observed doses of my medication daily at this pharmacy. I was basically just called and told I am no longer to come to the store but couldn’t even explain why all the sudden I am to find a new pharmacy. Just plain awful.

Called, waited a minute, got nothing but silence, tried to call multiple other times but got the same result. Fix your phone line and give us some form of feedback and I’ll change the rating

The pharmacist declined giving me an over the counter recommendation and compassionately encouraged me to go see a doctor. Clearly knowledgeable and compassionate about the wellbeing of others - she saved me a lot of trouble and prolonged suffering, I am so grateful!
Amazing, accommodating and kind, she's a fantastic pharmacist/care provider! Since switching over my prescription to this Rexall, I've had a great experience.

The pharmacy team here has been absolutely incredible in helping us get my fathers medications organized and back on track! I cannot thank them enough for the time they put in talking with us, updating us and showing a genuine concern for my fathers well-being! They’ve gone above and beyond for their patients and I am incredibly thankful for their help during a stressful time!

Nice clean place however they’re super overpriced on pretty much every item. Baby fruit pouches are $3 for a single package whereas the same exact brand at other places are 4 for $5

Very poor service won’t be using again. Girlfriend called in at 9.30 am for a repeat prescription. Went to collect at 4pm had to wait had no recollection of the name . Very poor service

went to go pick up my prescription right after work and the employees locked the door right in my face five minutes before close and just stared at me through the glass. why say you are open till 9 if you’re going to lock up early anyways.
