Hi today I got a new phone and the gentleman that I dealt with Ahmad was amazing! He not only set up my phone but also helped me put the screen protector as well as the case on and insured I was good to go with all my apps that were on my old phone and transferred them to my new phone.

Katie spent considerable time with us last Saturday to figure out a challenge with my wife's phone that has been quite frustrating and difficult for others to help us with. She was patient, friendly and didn't make us feel like we should have been able to figure it out ourselves. What a delight she was! Thank you.
