If you’re taking u-haul from this location make sure you check everything before before taking keys .When we reach there to take our pre booked u-haul lady who works there have no idea what to do… she was on phone and always just say one thing do fast do fast but she has no idea how to do it. I was just standing and waiting on side in store and she was like you can go outside and wait poor customer service.gas tank was less than half and in check list they select half tank make sure to click pictures and everything so when you go back it’s easier for you because they don’t know how to do it.

Not the nicest people but I was cat called by one of the employees I didn’t now how to take it I was kinda taking back by it but I kinda took is as a compliment i don’t know where I was I think it was here tho
