“The Paperland team (shout out to Heidi, Florence, and Eva!) have been nothing but kind to me from the start of my inquiries to the end. I genuinely appreciate their time, customer service and advice they’ve given me to save money to print wedding invites.
As long as you’re specific to your request, they will be able to adhere to it. Just know that you’ll be responsible for your own cutting and scoring if you’re printing one or two pages with their services (honestly, not a big deal especially if you want to save money which I was opting for). I also went for a same-day last minute request and they were able to fulfill it. Will come back for other inquiries in the future!”

What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made it easy to find what I was looking for and even offered some great suggestions.

“Found this local business and was so happy to be able to support it. Curbside pickup was so helpful, orders filled quickly, and we were able to pickup such a wide variety of things to help keep our kids busy throughout lockdowns, days home sick, rainy days etc. They had more than crafts as well which saved us time/extra trips and actually helped keep the kids active (small pylons, play balls, bubbles etc.) Will continue to support.”
“Walked in expecting more of an art store, but was pleasantly surprised by a graffiti shop (there was also some collectibles, but I was on the lookout for paint markers anyway so I didn't go to far into that).
I was offered help but when I asked to just browse first the staff politely left me be (my FAVORITE way to shop). After a bit I had some questions I was swiftly helped and got straight-forward, no-bullshit answers. Love that customer service ?
The staff were very friendly and clearly got along well, even as they were packing up for Fan Expo (which was surely stressful for them).
Picked up just a simple pen and some holographic stickers to personalize and I've been loving both of em.

“I grew up in Weston and bought all of my High School textbooks from Squibb's. More recently, I still buy books there even if I don't live in Weston. Actually I live in the UK but my mother and sister still live in Weston. So, rather than use Amazon, I call Suri and ask what she might have that my mother would like, reading wise. She always comes through and occasionally throws in something extra. She wraps it up, selects a nice card and delivers it, when possible, to my mum's house. I always drop by to see Suri when I'm in Canada to say hello and have a nice chat.”
