“There was a tremendous range of art materials....for all interests and price levels.
Watercolour, acrylics painting supplies. A huge variety of pens, pencils, inks and markers...along with all the various paper you would need.
There was a small area for yarn, which was an unexpected surprise. Plus many shelves of items for children to spark their creative spirit.
Lots of different gift items and puzzles. A great place to go to get a very different gift.”
“The owner is incredibly friendly and showed us around the shop and some of the hidden gems throughout the store.
Great place to stop for TCG cards & vintage magazines, graded or ungraded. There was some great graffiti in and on the building, and they offer premium brands for those creative brains to go to work.
We got to see some fresh artwork in progress at the back of the store. They also have several collectibles and other items 👌

“Found this local business and was so happy to be able to support it. Curbside pickup was so helpful, orders filled quickly, and we were able to pickup such a wide variety of things to help keep our kids busy throughout lockdowns, days home sick, rainy days etc. They had more than crafts as well which saved us time/extra trips and actually helped keep the kids active (small pylons, play balls, bubbles etc.) Will continue to support.”

you can pay $5 for 6 charms then after it’s $1 per charm you also have to pay for the chain (each chain is different usually around $6-$8) then you also have to pay for assembly fee if you want them to assemble it for you there ($5) overall spent $21 not bad! Will come again”
“Am I ever glad for the Danforth bike lane. If not for that, I wouldn't have noticed this charming art supply shop, and at a time that I desperately needed supplies for my daughter for her crafty project for her school's holiday fair. This place is cozy, and packed to the brim with all sorts of art related needs. Despite how packed the place is, it does not feel cluttered nor claustrophobic. Very well organized, I found what I was looking for with little effort, and it was priced as expected. This will likely be my go-to art supply shop from now on.”
“I honestly feel like some of the negative reviews here are pretty unfair. This is a small, independent shop run by someone who still does real craft work, not a chain store. Daniel actually cares about the final result. He calls you to double check details, keeps you updated through the process, and makes sure you feel confident in what you are getting.
I ordered a massive 7 foot by 7 foot canvas and frame, and I had it back within two days. The quality was excellent and the pricing was completely reasonable for custom work in Toronto. If you appreciate skilled, hands-on service instead of big box retail treatment, this place is worth supporting. I am really grateful shops like this still exist in the city.”

“I grew up in Weston and bought all of my High School textbooks from Squibb's. More recently, I still buy books there even if I don't live in Weston. Actually I live in the UK but my mother and sister still live in Weston. So, rather than use Amazon, I call Suri and ask what she might have that my mother would like, reading wise. She always comes through and occasionally throws in something extra. She wraps it up, selects a nice card and delivers it, when possible, to my mum's house. I always drop by to see Suri when I'm in Canada to say hello and have a nice chat.”
