The Brazilian who works there, Claudio, is excellent, professional and knows the service that must be done. Now the administration is a scammer. First they gave me a price, then I authorized them to do the service. When they were already working on the car, they took the paper for me to sign, charging an extra $120 for the service. In other words, they waited to remove the parts and then charged more. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Scammers!!!!!

Scammer stay away!
Got quoted for one job to get a key fixed or replaced for my vehicle and got quoted $325.
I come back and I am told I am being charged for an additional $125 totalling $450 for them to fix one key.
The deal was if it was possible to get it repaired for cheaper that he would call me and make it cheaper. He chose to repair and make a copy and upcharge me when I asked him specifically I never wanted two keys just one.
Total scammer! Stay away!

Service is very questionable because of potential damage to the car engine parts due to mechanic error. Got a starter replaced, not the car is leaking coolant fluid. Not going to be able to prove this. But before the replacement of the starter, the engine coolant sensor was showing normal temperatures. After I got the car back, the car engine is overheating due to loss of coolant fluid. Not going to go back again. This is not the first time, a previous time, the oil casket got damaged by a mechanic, I ended up paying for the replacement of the casket and the time for the service. Stay away and save your money because the service fee is too expensive.
