(If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!)I got into a car accident mid December 2023 and proceeded to use one of the recommended auto body shops by my insurance, and they had the car for 2 weeks only to tell me they couldn't complete the appraisal.I was then recommended to Ryding Auto Body by Genesis Yorkdale, and appraisal was completed so quick! The only delays were receiving the actual parts needed to fix my car.I just got my car back today and it came back as if I just bought the car brand new off the lot!! I also got them to fix a dent on the rear driver side where it looks as if someone dented it by opening their door (Can't find before pictures of this but if I do, I will update my review)All in all, I am by far, absolutely, positively impressed by how beautiful my car was fixed and repaired by Ryding Auto Body! It was a pleasure to work with Mark, and he kept me updated on the status of my car. If anyone is looking for quality workmanship, Ryding Auto is your place!!On a side note, when I had dropped off my car after my accident, Mark immediately booked me an Uber home. “Pretty decent windshield replacement. Took about 2 hours and 15 minutes.I wouldn't say it was a perfect job though since it was a bit messy. There was a lot spots and steaks of the black sealant stuck on the hood and it's very hard to get it out. Doesn't go away just by washing it.Also there was some whistling and rattling noise of the windshield when driving but I fixed that by pressing on the weatherstripping properly to cover the air gaps. A bit of shoddy workmanship.”

“I took my last vehicle here back in the Fall of 2018 as to have its rear-right window replaced, after it was broken into, and was very pleased with their brand of customer service.I left my vehicle here on a morning, and was assured that the replacement window I'd ordered would both arrive, and be installed, by the evening of that very same day.Not that the repair process was particularly complicated, given that the vandal had left this window's door intact, but they explained it to me nevertheless, which was appreciated, as I have no background in this industry.Just as I'd had numerous personal effects sitting in this vehicle, I was also assured that they'd leave it secured indoors until I collected it, both prior to and post-its window's replacement.I received a call from them, circa mid-afternoon of that day, saying the new window had arrived, they'd installed it and that I could collect my vehicle. The only reason I was unable to retrieve it until the following day was because I was at work.I thought the fee they charged me was quite reasonable here, given the speed at which they replaced my window. Staff here are all of diligent, polite, honest as well as upfront about your expectations of them.If you've had any of your vehicle's windows smashed, chipped and / or damaged beyond repair, I'd strongly recommend taking advantage of any of this company's locations. “Was in Toronto for a warm Spring-like weekend, with my dark coloured car that hadn't been washed in a few months.. looked around and read a bunch of reviews and found Dupont Auto Spa rated very highly. Texted them and was able to book an appointment immediately for a simple exterior wash (on a Saturday, no less)!!I am so pleased I did! Wish we had you guys in Ottawa!! I know this is just a simple exterior wash, but they did it by hand, and for a very reasonable (and amazing) price. I would not hesitate to recommend these lads to detail your car if you are in the area. I'd probably bring something to do or find somewhere to go while they worked, the waiting room wasn't heated.. thanks D.A.S. for making my car bring pride, rather than shame ????”
