My wife and I where searching for some time to buying a very particular type of Kitchen faucets that would have a min 10 inch arch opening and also not too tall to fit under the cabinet. Based on the good store reviews we gave it a shot. As I was browsing trough various kitchen faucets, Steven offered to help . He has been really helpful and knowledgeable helping us to choose the best product at a good price. Thanks to him we have saved so much time. If you need guidance and help, ask for Steven he is your guy. He sure made our day. I needed an oversized tub on short notice. Not only did they have several in stock at reasonable prices, but when there was an issue with the first tub I purchased they went above and beyond to make it right. Lots of people will tell you that their strong suit is customer service, but Trevor and Jerry actually showed me absolutely top-notch customer service.

We have now used DuPont Plumbing for two major projects - first to renovate our Toronto kitchen 20 years ago, and recently when we completely replaced our summer home, including 2 full bathrooms and kitchen. Our experience with the team at Dupont has been fabulous. Over several trips, to their showroom, they helped us narrow down the infinite number of choices to a manageable number, and were super helpful in matching products and finishes to meet our needs. They tailored their recommendations bearing in mind local serviceability in cottage country. I highly recommend this establishment.

We ended up at Dupont Kitchen & Bath Fixtures after trying some of the other big name stores and not finding what we wanted. We almost instantly found the shower system we were looking for, and when Jerry told us the price, my heart sank that it was over budget. Within 5 minutes Jerry had found a similar system by the same manufacturer that was in budget and almost identical (frankly, it was better).But wait, there's more! When we were told it would need to be ordered and would be ready in a few days, we asked if it could be shipped to Bradford. Jerry disappeared for what seemed to be a long time to check on shipping options.......turns out he pieced together a system for us from in stock components, that was even more cost effective, while maintaining the features and quality we wanted.Well worth the drive to Toronto, and I am glad my money went to a well run family owned company. Thank you Jerry, and the team at Dupont Kitchen and Bath fixtures.

We recently renovated our ensuite bath, and Dupont plumbing were amazing to deal with. Great selection, great advice, and great prices. A perfect combo. After visiting several plumbing supply stores, either feeling ignored, or as if they were doing us a favour by talking to us, we visited Dupont and Jerry was very forthcoming. He took the time to ask the right questions and to suggest, reccomend, etc. Trevor was also very helpful. They always first checked to see if items were in stock or not, and we went from there. Anyone looking to re model their bath should visit Dupont. Thanks guys, we love our new bath.

The staff at Dupont are knowledgeable and helpful. Jerry was recommended by our architect to help us choose fixtures for a small bathroom remodel and he's been fantastic!!! He's great at explaining the options and able to work within our budget. I like that it's a family-owned business too. Highly recommended!
