I came in today to do a return on a hair ponytail extension that I purchased last friday. The ponytail was lovely and good quality however when I got home I realized it did not match my shade of blonde at all, even though it did in the store. The lighting was dimmer in there. When I got to the store, I explained the situation to the lady at the front. I explained to her that I did not even wear it because it wasn’t my shade. She said no, but then she asked to see it and I said sure. I handed her the box and she said no again and that she cannot accept this return because the hair was out of the box.. I told her I did not know how to fold it properly and repackage it (the packaging is very tight). But I assured her it wasn’t worn .. I bought it two days ago. She said no for no reason. And I felt like the just wanted a reason to say no.
