“I called AGR as my stereo receiver was broken and the owner said he could likely fix it. When I got there, he knew exactly what the issue was and quoted me $80. I told him that I really only need the aux to work (not the cd player) and then quoted me $20. He got it done in 2hrs and called me right when he finished. Very fast service and a great price!”

“Immediately after getting my google pixel screen repaired with what was apparently the OEM's screen, the fingerprint sensor wasn't working. If I had known this would happen I wouldn't have opted for a screen replacement and instead would have purchased a refurbished phone. Also, one month after getting the screen repaired, it randomly cracked when it was really hot out? Not a good experience to say the least. Was the screen a third party replacement?... I don't know if my experience was extraordinary but definitely there goes $400 down the drain. ?Edit: changed from 1-star to 5-star due to store generously replacing the defective screen free of charge. Thank you”

“One think that is essential in any business success is Customer Service and how you make the customer feel about their purchase and give then peace of mind that you are not left alone once the purchase is made. This store did great in that department when I bought a Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard for my new iPad Air 5th Gen. The staff are nice and friendly and help you the best they can.The owner/manager Adnan was very patient and cool. He let me check the keyboard connect it to my iPad test it and take my time. You can tell when someone is doing honest business. They do not try to trick you or word things in a way that twist things and force the sale. He also told me to check home if any issue they can help with any issues.This store is full of brand new apple and other tech products priced very reasonably easily 30%-40% below the retail price. I will come back. They told me that they can also get special orders if there is something I want that they do not have at the moment.”

“After 30+ years of doing both personal and corporate formal technical support in enterprise environments, I have become pretty conversant with emerging technologies over time. However, there are some aspects of technology that I just don't have sufficient familiarity. Printers is one of them. I recently performed a firmware update on a Brother laser printer. No problem, right? Other Brother printers I own have had their firmware upgraded, without issue. Well, on this one printer, a 2730DW, the firmware failed, leaving the printer unresponsive. It powers up by LED light, but that's it. Screen non responsive. Being both stubborn and tenacious, I spent a some time trying to determine and remediate the issue. But alas, based on everything I have tried, I decided that I was going to junk the thing, which is really a shame, given the fact that the printer was barely used and less than 3 years old.Here's where I ended up going to Rosebud, whose reputation preceded it. I spoke with Roman on the phone on my initial call, and within 30 minutes had my printer at his shop, where he offered to look at it and diagnose it at no charge, and if he can fix it without having to replace parts, he told me he would do so for free. This level customer service offered initially is unparalleled. Most shops would take advantage to gouge the customer on diagnostic efforts, but not Rosebud. Roman said if he did that, customers would not return. He promised he would call me back in a day or two.He also provided some industry knowledge insofar as the history behind various brands of printers, their business approach, why some brands cost more than others, and the viability of parts availability and ease of end-user customer repairs, where applicable. I found this refreshing that he was genuinely passionate about technology, and I knew that I had come to the right place. So I left my printer with Roman, who professionally took down all my information on a service form, and awaited the result.Unfortunately, the problem ended up being the PCB/logic board, though Roman indicated his techs expended much time and effort to try to fix it and really wanted to get it going. He gave me some suggestions on what I can do next but it would require a hardware replacement regardless. This level of honestly and integrity are much appreciated in this day and age. I found Roman to be affable, friendly, but also realistic, not making veiled promises or creating false hope. In my conversation before and after the repair attempt, I could gauge Roman's deep level of experience with electronics, yet that is coupled with a humble nature in which he wants what is best for the customer. I certainly would bring any other problematic printer to Roman for diagnostic and repair, knowing that I am in good hands with Rosebud. Thanks for all the efforts, sir!-Jeremy”

“The most amazing customer service!! I visited for the Koodo Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal. I showed up after work 40mins before they closed and there was a bit of a line. I wasn't in a rush so didn't mind waiting. But as they helped customer after customer, it was apparent that their phone communications with head office required to finalize new activations was very delayed due to the heavy call volumes from other dealers. As we reached an hour after their official closing and they were still helping other customers, I got nervous that I might be told 'sorry it's too late and we can't do any more new activiations'. Instead, this amazing team stayed over 2hrs after their store officially closed to make sure everyone (me being the last person) was taken care of. While I felt bad for them staying so late beyond the store's closing, they continued to be super helpful with an amazingly kind and helpful attitude often apologizing for the delay. In the end, it took longer than I would have liked - but I anticipated a wait going in to (any) store during black Friday sales. I was blown away with their patience, friendly attitude and overall customer service. I felt bad for them staying, and they felt bad for me waiting for so long. I got a great bargain on my plan with discounted accessories and couldn't have been happier with their service. 10/10 would come back again. The manager and his staff are awesome, amazing, and some of the most patient and positive people I've come across in retail in an loong time :) Thank you!!”

“Not sure why this place is called Dupont Downtown when it is nowhere near Dupont or Downtown lol. Anywho, I just wanted to write this review because these guys saved us over $1600! I asked them how much it would be to fix the backlights for a 75” Samsung TV and they were honest with me and said that large of a screen cannot have backlights fixed and would cost more than the price of the TV to fix. The man, I think his name is Simon, suggested that I call my credit card company as they provide insurance for these incidents since the TV was only 1.5 years old but out of warranty. I filed a claim and guess what! My credit card company reimbursed the entire price of the TV. We only got a diagnostics report done by Dupont Downtown for $50 and the credit card handled the rest. We would’ve never thought of reaching out to the credit card if Simon hadn’t suggested so. These guys are honest people who aren’t just greedy for money. We are forever grateful for their honest business.thank you!!!”
