The guy gave me an honest diagnostic of my tv over the phone and recommended my tv isn't worth repairing. Recommended where to go for a new tv and gave me a few model #s he recommended, and some he would avoid. He made no money off of me and was still super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Looks can be deceiving, the store front maybe messy but they get the job done. My 60" Sony TV back light died. They were able to diagnose the problem and quote the repair within 3 days and had it fixed in an addition 2 for a total of a 5 day turn around time.
