I just wanted to say your staff at the warehouse are fantastic. Every time I come to pick stuff up they are so great. Pleasant and professional, so it's thorough and methodical with packaging, wrapping, inspecting and loading. And just all around nice people.

My first low star review. I bought several pieces from Elte spending upwards of $10,000 at the store. A minuscule $50 soap pump I purchased broke after a month of barely using it so I tried to exchange it given the defective nature of the product and the younger women sitting at the front desk were appalling in their attitude towards me. The manager exchanged it no problem and was nice about the situation but the front desk ladies were awful and turned me off completely. It’s a shame because my experience with a few of the sales reps at the store was amazing but the terrible attitude of these unprofessional women at the front desk was extremely off putting.
Worth mentioning the cafe is excellent and the food is extremely tasty and high quality.

My wife and I shop here all the time. However last time we were here, a woman in a Fear of God Essentials sweatshirt sitting at one of the call desks demonstrated terrible customer service. She told us they didn’t have a product which turned out to be untrue. She also said “I’m very busy today” when we approached her. She said this instead of saying hello. Fun times!

Why is nobody talking about how good is the coffee shop inside?
I came as a friend's recommendation and best decision ever.
The pasta is fresh, well-prepared and tasty. I ate the day's special, and it was so freaking good. Also, the desserts were delicious, too. To close, the coffee was terrific. The staff is very friendly, and the chef is delightful to talk to. They sell beer and wine, pastries that they brought from Italy!! I loved this place, 100 recommended!!

Went to Elte because the duvet I wanted to purchase was now 60% off. But when I got there, the price of the duvet had gone up $245. So if I purchased it with the 60% off, I’d be paying the same price as before the sale. Scammers!! I told the sales woman I had a quote from them prior to the sale that was $245 less than the sale price and she just apologized.

Expert assistance from associates in all categories of design.Another excellent addition to Elte is their own Cafe. The Chef prepares a daily selection of delicious blends of soups, sandwiches & pizza. Each with unique flavors. We make the Elte Cafe a part of a design/shopping experience!

Went to the new cafe today. Really awful. No table service.Greens in the salad were old, wilted. Meatballs were like rock, although the tomatoe sauce was nice. Buy the furniture but don’t eat here.
