This Esso station at 3449 Dundas West is convenient and easy to access, especially if you’re driving through the area. The pumps usually work well, and the location is clean and maintained. Staff are polite and service is straightforward.
However, many of the items inside the convenience store are noticeably overpriced compared to other nearby gas stations and shops. It’s fine if you need something last-minute, but definitely not the best place for regular purchases.
Overall, a decent stop for fuel, but the store prices could be more reasonable and also better customer service.

If you don't have working business then break it. No service, no working gas pumps/payment, nothing works, will share with Esso Exxon and just take over and replace everyone who's ever worked here and yes start by dumping the present person. This has been going on for YEARS. Attrocious.

Worst gas station in the city. Pumps are often broken. Printers at pumps never work. Windshield squeegees are not maintained

Pay at the pump is constantly not working, regularly out of gas, printers don't work at the pump... Easily the most struggling gas station I've ever been to. Esso corporate needs to step in and bring this place up to standard.

Worst customer service here, the guy with red tshirt talk rude, he starts talking in his language I don’t know why. He came out and took a picture of my car. Absolutely rude service. AVOID THIS PLACE

Won't check lottery tickets...make you walk to the back yourself, even though I'm replaying the ticket. Makes no sense? NOT SPENDING NO MONEY HERE!

Gas pumps don’t lock so you need to hold it the entire time. Had to change gas pumps because the pump kept turning off went tank was no where near full. This esso is old and run down

worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff here are completely unprofessional, rude, and have zero respect for customers. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind—avoid this place at all costs. They clearly don’t care about service or safety, and it’s honestly shameful that a station like this is still operating.

Says the washroom is out of order. Basic services are intentionally closed so that they don't have to clean it.

Worst service ever. Filled up the gas and went to use washroom. I was asked to buy something from the store for using the washroom. Is it what now we expect form Esso? Great

I wouldn't recommend using a debit or credit card in this location , there's a chance you will get scammed.My card was used and payment confirmed , but there was no gas , I had to go inside and was told they are out of 91 grade ( no sign was posted on the pump ) , I agreed to 89 grade , they requested another payment , second payment was accepted , but no gas again , I was assured by attendant that payments will not be charged , after checking I saw payments were charged to my debit . There is something going on this gas station , be aware .

Pump was leaking all over the ground, told this employee who started yelling at me and refused to refund for gas I paid for that went all over the ground from a defective dangerous gas pump. Do not go here.
