Another day with no gas at this esso. In recent months when it actually did have gas the pay at the pump is broken on most pumps, had to go inside. How is this station still in business if it so rarely has gas?

I have to echo all the recent reviews here: this is one of the worst gas stations I've ever been to. It's a total stain on the Esso brand. To reiterate what others have said: pay at the pump has been broken forever; you can't pay with credit cards; last time I went it was cash only; all the shelves inside are empty; they removed the propane exchange... you get the point. Plus, you can go across the road to the VPlus where they have all those things, AND the gas is 10 cents/L cheaper. Maybe if enough people complain, Esso HQ might actually do something about this.

Worst gas station I have ever been to. Every single time I go more than half the pumps are not working. All of the shelves inside the store are completely empty. Regularly are completely out of gas for several days in a row.
This time they had gas but every single pump was broken and even inside could not pay except with cash. Would not explain why, and did not post any signage that it is cash only.

The worst gas station in the area if not the whole city. Last three times I have gone they have been out of gas on two out of three lines, roll the dice as to which ones!!! Twice I have just left because of this. If you use pay at the pump it doesn’t work 50% of the time, signs that say you can’t pay at the pump, with the other 50% of the time you get no receipt because they don’t fill the paper. If you try to input you optimum points 100% failure rate and the process is cancelled and you have to wait several minutes before you can try again. As others have mentioned the shelves are hardly stocked and I’ve watched employees use the washroom then tell customers the washroom doesn’t work. The food place is decent but the employees are miserable don’t bother talking with them just order. Do yourself a favour and go across the street to Petro V Plus. They are cheaper and never out of gas and zero problems with pay at the pump. For a better car wash go to Wash N Go Car Wash at 4000 Dundas St W just west of Scarlett, more stalls and better upkeep.
It is obvious the management of this Esso either doesn’t know how to run the business or doesn’t care. Zero stars!

very bad experience. first they were out on gas and i went inside to use washroom and then the lady she says its for customer only i was like oh is it but i was her for filling gas if you don’t have gas that’s your issue but she keeps on insisting to buy lottery ticket, gums and stuff. Pathetic i will never choose this station to fill up my gas going forward i would rather go without gas. Worst customer service.

Constantly out of medium and premium gasoline. There is rarely paper for receipts in the gas pumps. And the interior store is not adequate or consistent with the Esso brand. Something needs to change.

Poorly maintained gas station and for 2 weeks does not have any premium gasoline. Washroom is out of order for at least a week. Shelves are not stocked with product. Poor housekeeping.

The place is fine and everybody’s friendly son Brisson continue to have problems trying to use my card at the pump and it’s getting a bit frustrating. Hopefully next time we can figure it out and I’ll move the rating back up.
