AMAZING! I had an incredible experience with inMax Computer! Sam, the owner and his technician are absolutely amazing - knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful! They repaired the motherboard of my 10 year old laptop. From the moment I walked in, I was in good hands. Sam took the time to assess the issue and came through with the solution. They took the time to explain and show me everything clearly, offered fair pricing, and delivered fast and efficient service. It's rare to find this level of integrity and professionalism these days.
And they have free parking!

Bought a laptop from here a couple days ago, out of the box, the camera module was completely inoperable, OS had multiple vulnerabilities and the battery module disengaged from the board in days.Buyer beware.

The guy, Sam, is great! He listened carefully to my computer problem and suggested a simple solution. He didn't try to upsell me to more expensive repairs. I also bought a refurbished laptop, and he was helpful and trying to meet my needs. He does what he says he will do. I am a loyal customer now.

I struggled for a long time before deciding to publish this. I see a few highly negative reviews here and most of them complain about rudeness - especially on the telephone. I believe I know the reason why. Sam is Asian and English is his second language. He speaks with a little accent. But it's not very much of an accent at all. Consequently, people may have some small difficulty from time to tome understanding what he says - especially over the phone. But that is hardly any reason to accuse him of rudeness. He has never displayed the tiniest bit of rudeness to me.Currently, many people seem to have bad feelings towards Asians. That is most unfortunate because if you are only willing to just listen a little more carefully and maybe ask Sam to repeat something occasionally, you will find that he is a wonderful resource. It sure doesn't take much effort. Sam has an excellent understanding of PCs and repairs to PCs and his prices are very reasonable. If only you are willing to just act with a little understanding and kindness, you will be rewarded many times over.
