Offered to pay 50 dollars for a protect that deserved more. It was a brand new item and they barely gave any room to negotiate, absolutely money hungry people. Was able to sell it for a proper fair price else where. Please save your money and time and find a better place.

To come back after weekend. Shady, unprofessional, and mosg importantly not good for business. Worst pawn shop in Toronto, tread lightly as it’s also not in the best area of the city. Stay away, plenty of other shops in the city who willl very much take care of you

Amazing customer service! Tracked down a virtual reality set they had that my 5 year olds been a sking for for Xmas. Called the owner and he made sure to accommodate me in getting it. So grateful and will be back for sure.

Overpriced, mostly junk. I was followed around the store like I was trying to steal while I was browsing and blown away by the awful sticker prices. I really don’t like being treated like a criminal while the real crime is the amount garbage they have and the prices they put on it.

This place is amazing been going for years but.... The new Spanish colombian staff guy with the glasses behind the counter makes the company look so bad. He has so much attitude makes everyone feel uncomfortable also to mention he's a very jealous envious person he has a major staring problem me & few people made a promise to never go back until he is fired and gone.

Garbage service what kind of location is This. They call it a pawn shop if the guy disrespects take electronics, I don’t care how much I get for it I just want it gone .. the person on the line couldn’t even help ….. SMH really sad.
