“Took my mom's 2009 Honda Civic with 163,000 kms in for an oil change. I requested Mobil 1 5W-20 full synthetic and the Honda Original oil filter. I was quoted a fair price ($129.99) for a full synthetic oil change. My service advisor was very friendly, and explained the process well to me. He also took the time to explain the other services that could be carried out on the vehicle, per the factory specifications, and by examining the fluids. Upon inspection he recommended a steering fluid flush and change, as well as a brake fluid flush and change - each for $100.00. I requested the cabin air filter also be changed ($90). Given that these items were things I wished to have addressed, and the convenience of Mr. Lube as well as the fair price, I happily agreed. The service advisor provided a free duct cleaning, washer fluid top up, and tire pressure top up. I would recommend anyone who needs an oil change, or general maintenance to go to this particular Mr. Lube location. Fast, convenient, and fairly priced!”

“Great service. Best oil change I've ever had ? I have 2 kids, live in Georgetown but work a split shift in Mississauga as a personal trainer 6 days a week. Finding time to do extra tasks like an oil change are so difficult for me. I was nearly 5000km over. Took a chance and called in around 8am to see if I could drop off my car while I was at work and they were outside waiting for me when I arrived. I spent less then 5min dropping it off and picking it back up meaning I was able to get straight home to my kids after work. Made a big difference for me and the staff was so professional.
