Brought my car to Orillia Vw. They seemed to be guessing at what was wrong with it and said I had contaminated fuel cleaned the tank and put new diesel in it still wouldn't start so I decided to take it to Pete's Vw based on the reviews. He diagnosed the car and said they're was gas mixed in the diesel so he said he emptied the tank and changed the fuel, long story short he discovered the computer was no good he put a used $400 computer in the car and charged me $3000 upon pickup I asked for a breakdown of the cost which he didn't provide to me. Car took alot longer then anticipated to get repairs done. Don't think I would take it here again as I feel I over paid and not sure about the whole fuel situation. Christmas will be tight this year

I took my Golf GTI for some repairs. Chadi was very helpful booking me in on a short notice. He was quick to figure out what was wrong, ordered the special parts & got it done in a day.Meanwhile, prior to this, I had taken the car to a VW dealership and another specialized shop, but they both couldn’t figure out what was wrong or suggested the wrong diagnosis.

I used to only take my Jetta to the VW dealership, but after going to Peter's Volkswagen for a second opinion a few years ago, I've never gone back. If you're looking for excellent service, quality parts and reliable time estimates, Chadi is your guy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top notch honest mechanic.

I routinely use Pete’s Volkswagen service for maintenance and repair when I’m in Toronto since it’s in our neighbourhood. Service is always great and he always makes time. However after our last visit for tire and oil change my car came back sounding even worse. He advised me of needing a new water pump and ball joint but after visiting another local mechanic apparently the tires were never balanced which still had put car with a ticking sound.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had to come in on short notice to deal with an alternator issue on my 2010 Golf. Chad got my car repaired before the end of the day and saved me from having to spend $800 on a new alternator. Great service and will be coming back for any future repairs.

I would like to mention that Chad @ Peter vw service did help me get rid of a trouble code air bag caused by me disconnecting wires under drivers’ seat for coffee spilled and he Chad did it for free even after i insisted to pay ,thanks again Chad.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
