Went in with a friend to buy a part for my R6. After I paid for my part, we went to check out the new bikes on the floor. Instead of asking if we needed help or if we were looking for something, one of the employees just followed us around and stared us down like we were about to steal a bike. Not once did he offer any assistance, just constant dirty looks. It was so uncomfortable we had to walk out. If that’s how they treat paying customers, I honestly don’t know why anyone would bother giving them their business.

Had my first service today. Ogi and the service dept. got the service and my accessory install done on time and as planned. Another smooth and great experience!
