The worst rbc branch you could possibly see it in Canada is located here weston and lawerance phone calls aren't picked up at all when you come and visit the branch it's always closed early for a different excuse of a reasons when you ask a simple favorite can't be done because they have no time for because they are leaving wors attitude as well feel so unlucky and so unfortunate for being my closest neighbor me along with three other opponents were told instead of 5pm closing business hours we decided to close at 4pm how the hell are we supposed to know and this is why I always prefer online rather than dealing with this location all of us were told look and read the sign my job is to be on the road and enjoy my job not to read what is posted on rbc window

I had an appointment with santhiya satgiyakamur, she served me well until she arrived the Chinese lady who showed nervousness for no reason, she told me I can get a letter that proves your address and when I show her she tells me a letter from the government I show her, she then shows me the letter physically, I tell her he's in my car and I'll be back, no need, your address is in Ottawa so start processing your business account there. she just wasted my time, no professionalism, no customer service skills.

I had great service with Kristine while opening a debit card(chequing and saving account). She was friendly, easy-going, and efficient. She also managed to apply for me to open a credit card because the system showed I would probably be approved. I am quite happy about this.

I went to a bank that has been my home branch for over 20 years today around 12:40pm. The receptionist that I was greeted by was very rude and dismissive when I told him I would like to see someone regarding a transfer. I explained why I needed to see someone and provided documentation that had instructions for the bank on how to complete the transfer. He quickly looked over the documents and told me that the company has to fill this out not the bank and that I will be taxed by removing the funds. More than once I had to show him the section on the paper where it vividly states that it is to be completed by the financial institution. He was literally arguing with me as if I was illiterate in front of the security guard. I didn’t even get his name but he was very unprofessional. He then asked for my client card and said he would see who is available. He walked away and went to the advisor. I was escorted to speak with the advisor. Never have I experienced anything like this, I mostly do online banking and based of his experience I see why I rather online banking.

The worst customer service and this isn't my first time I see this what I can do my online bank they don't want do it and when I ask how come no answer I don't like to go this plce but rbc don't do anything about I read reviews a lot of unhappy customers what is this no body cares but they want your fee

One of the workers was so rude!!! She didn’t even understand how to use her computer right and was just slow. She asked for private questions that wasn’t even required. Never hated a public service worker like her! Terrible person with a terrible attitude!

I don't even think they deserve one star. Worst customer service I have experienced. There staff are not knowledgeable. The man served me actually got me locked out of my own account, due to him typing in the wrong things. Told me to get it unlocked I would now have to call the hotline because they are closing. Hotline says only a branch can unlock it to go back when they are open.

The staff is friendly and they do their jobs efficiencly. I am always in and out within 10 minutes.

At first Mr. Chalam Venkat was really availalbe and helpfull to open a line of credit, but when it was denied to me, couldn't provide a clear answer why and didnt return my calls or emails. You going to loose customers acting like this. I have been a client for 10 years with good income, always paid credit card on time, but i guess im certainly now worthy for them if they dont call back....

I have been to this branch quite a few times and the staff is always professional and polite even when customers are confused or angry. This is the last bank in the area, I would treat them good while they are still there because they could be gone too like the other banks

There is the Laziest manager I've ever seen in this branch. The staff also don't care about the cusmter... they really made me hate the RBC Royal Bank... imagine, as a customer, I decided that I never become your customer again because of mismanagement and unprofessionalism !! There are also a lot of customers just like me who are mistreated!
