After trying multiple gyms I tried Redleaf Fitness and this place became my home, they have amazing trainers that help you improve your skills with focus on technique and your own goals, it is a properly equipped gym where you can find everything you need to get in shape and healthier. They become friends too since the environment is so kind an friendly and not just the trainers but members motivate you to improve. I would highly recommend it to people that want to start working out or experience athletes that want to boost their abilities.

Was a member for two years and witnessed many clients get injured.Dislocated shoulders, torn biceps, herniated discs.Lack of equipment selection.Not a strong level of client care or service compared to many other gyms I have visited.As time went on many of their members started to leave. Recently their top coach departed the company to go work for the competition.I had made a review two days ago and the owner called me to take it down.

Glowing reviews for Red Leaf Fitness. The coaching is exceptional, the classes and community are super supportive and the environment is positive and so much fun! I am approaching 49 years of age and I can truly say that in 2 years at Red Leaf I have benefitted greatly. Give it a try ... you won't be disappointed!

This place rocks. Ive been going to the gym for a couple of years now and really love the classes. They always have knowledgeable, fit instructors who know how to tailor the program to individual needs. It's also a friendly place where people greet each other and encourage each other's progress.

Red Leaf has a great culture. It's not intimidating at all. It's a wonderful place to work hard and get stronger. The staff are so nice and they really help you improve. I would highly recommend to anyone to come in and give it a chance.

I cant recommend RedLead Fitness enough! This place is close to home, clean, safe and supporting friendly staff. My pre-teen son completed a 12-session of personal training with Stephanie. The training was not to bulk up but to improve in his conditioning and strengthening. What we achieve was not only this but his self confidence improve greatly! Thank you very much Stephanie and staff for all of your support!

Best Gym environment ever!!! CrossFit can be intimidating but at Redleaf we are ONE TEAM all working together and cheering each other on!!! It does not matter your skill set or ability to lift heavy weights or do muscle ups, there is a modification for everything available. Its about having fun and getting in a great workout, whatever that looks like to you!!!Coaches are inviting and interactive and cheer each member on during class, give tips and tricks and modifications, they are supportive, skilled and fun.Best part of everyday is being there with other members and enjoying my WOD. when class is done, members high five each other and you feel encouraged and proud.Get out and give Redleaf a try...……………….once you go you will be hooked!!!

I usually don't write reviews but my experience at RedLeaf has been amazing. The staff and coaches are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Coach Kristen is amazing. I would recommend RedLeaf to everyone.

Amazing gym! A great place to try out CrossFit for the first time under supervision of very knowledgeable instructors. The environment is extremely friendly and supportive. A real community!

In addition to being a state of the art facility, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and cultivate a strong sense of community. No pretentiousness or machismo at his place. Just a place where you’re in it for your own wellness, with others around you supporting you. Great gym!

As clean, well-equipped, and spacious a gym as you'll find in Toronto. Friendly staff and a great community make for a fun and non-intimidating group fitness class. Add smoothies, cool swag, you can even buy your bacon there!

This is a great crossfit gym with excellent instructions who take time and care into helping their clients. Most importantly, this gym provides a welcoming environment for all types of people reagrdless of their fittness level.

This is the friendliest, least intimidating gym I have ever been to. The staff and coaches are amazing and I have never felt like I didn’t belong even though I’m not in great shape. It’s a great workout, never gets boring, and can fit to suit all fitness levels.

RedLeaf has inspired me to achieve my fitness goals with ease and lot of fun. I have been a member for almost an year now. All the coaches and staff have always been friendly and pay attention to everyone during workouts.
