Decent station, Shell gas is as good as it gets here. Did buy a sandwich which was a day old past its ‘best before date’ and smelled/tasted foul so had to throw it out. Let the cashier know and she was apologetic and wanted to issue a refund. I let it go, appreciate the effort but watch for the dates on those sandwiches before you buy em.

My daughter filled her tank on 11/13 at approximately 215 pm and its showing $216.00 pending. Thats 5 times what her tank will hold. Hopefully it adjusts and she is not being scammed.

A note to the owner....I go into this store a number of times a week and about 75% of the time they're out of cigarettes. How can a convenience store be out of cigarettes? Poor management I would assume. What proper manager/owner would let a customer walk out not purchasing anything MOST OF THE TIME? Weeks and weeks and the situation is always the same... Can I have 2 packs of pall mall smooth large king size? Sorry how about small king? No! And I walk out. Must happen 3 times a week at least. Most managers would adjust their inventory so they're not out of stock day after day after day. Poor management has caused unknown amounts of missed sales due to poor stock levels and failure to adapt, when I can't buy smokes I'm definately not buying gas or anything else. Soon customers will stop coming to even try and buy anything. Don't waste your time here they're terrible.

This is the worst Shell I have ever been to!I wanted to use my Air Miles cash miles to pump gas yesterday and as such I went to Shell. First, I had to wait in line and when I got there, the girl told me that I cannot use Air Miles and that it is just a “points card” for me to collect points. I then went back to my car to get my phone for the details of the offer and came back, waited in line again where the man in front of my was having an issue as well. She had used his Air Miles and messed up the transaction somehow and did not know how to fix it.All in all, it took at least another 10 minutes to get back to the cash. Once there, she told me that I could use Air Miles but only if I have special point and that when she scans my card, she can’t. She then asked “Can you just pay?”. NO, I cannot pay after having wasted almost half an hour and when I can get cheaper gas at the Petro Canada nearby.Once I left, I called Air Miles right away and they said there is no problem with my account and that I should be able to use this.The cashier at this Shell offered no customer help or effort to rectify the situation. I had showed her my cash miles and everything and she still made no effort to do anything other than scan the card. Good customer service would have been to contact Air Miles or Shell Customer Service with me and see how to fix the situation. She obviously didn’t want to and could not as even after me there was a huge line up or frustrated customers. Multiple of them had also said this is the worst shell.Needless to say, I am NEVER going back to this shell.

Ran out of 87/89 for "TECHNICAL ISSUES". And were selling 91 for price of 91 for and not for the price of 87 like every gas station does with that inconvience

I had been to this place million of times. Just like every other gas station come here to fill up but really liked saurav. I saw him every sunday and each time he is sanitising pumps. Hardworking guy and keep the place COVID-19 FREE

They offer pretty good service and the staff is nice too. The other day when I was visiting the store I met this sardar guy named Jasdeep and honestly He was such a nice person. He informed me with the correct and exact info which I asked for it made my overall experience great.
