Couldn't be happier with the pillows. The number of options provided are great with a lot of room for customisation. Various sizes, materials and colours for rooms. Beyond the product, even customer service was incredibly helpful. Kyle was incredibly responsive and helpful in picking out the right pillows for my sofa.

My purchase, from start to finish, was an experience of quality: the product itself is well made with invisible zipper, smooth seams, and lovely artsy fabric. Kyle took and later corrected my online order quickly and with a friendly email tone. Pia confirmed packing and shipping; Shopify and Shoppe emails kept me informed about the delivery status. The package arrived with particularly careful wrapping. I'm very happy I chose The Pillow Shoppe to obtain this great product!

Pia was fantastic. She assisted us in the selection of the colours, textures and sizes of the throw pillows to complement our living room space. This was all done from a distance with pictures, phone contact and sample swatches being sent as we are located in B.C. The result was exactly what we wanted and we even got the WOW factor from Pia when we sent follow-up pictures with the pillows in place. The quality of their product is second to none.
