I love Union lighting, I have been purchasing from them for many years and never disappointed. Given my previous wonderful in store experiences, I figured I would order online. BEWARE: I ordered from Union Lighting and Decor not realizing it was NOT Union Lighting and FURNISHINGS in Toronto. How deceiving!
I only discovered this when I called to ask a question about the fixture. However, Ty, the lovely young man I was speaking to was so incredibly helpful and took the time to go over everything with me. Ty went above and beyond, he looked into my issue, found the answer and called me back exactly when he promised to review my concerns with me. The level of customer service provided given that I didn't even actually purchase from their store was top notch. This is why I love Union Lighting and FURNISHINGS and will continue to purchase from them. Personal shout out to Ty, an exemplary team member who is customer focused!!

My experience with Steve Sharpe at Union has consistently been of the highest caliber, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to other architects and designers. I would also recommend the services of Gillian Walters, whose excellent knowledge of lighting fixtures is a strategic asset in the design process.

I recently purchased nightstands, a dining table and a dresser. Jaffer was absolutely incredible and answered all our questions very promptly and provided the best customer service! Paul and another gentleman delivered the nightstands and dining table, they took such care in setting up the furniture and explaining things to us. A job well done!!

We had multiple visits to union lighting for different kind of light fixtures.
Walking into the store, we were immediately greeted by a warm smile from the salesperson, Jaffer Said. His knowledge and enthusiasm for lighting fixtures were evident as he guided us through the showroom. With patience, he listened to our preferences and offered insightful suggestions, helping us navigate through various chandeliers and wall sconces. His expertise made the decision-making process enjoyable, and we left the store feeling confident in our choices, thanks Jaffer to your exceptional assistance.

Such a disappointing experience with Union Lighting. I wish I could give no stars. I had a horrible customer service experience because of their obscure refund policy. I had ordered some additional fittings for a ceiling fan I had purchased, and when I found out they wouldn’t work, Union Lighting & Furnishings refused to refund my $400 purchase even though the items hadn’t shipped yet—in fact, they weren’t shipped for another week and a half! I now have $400 worth of equipment sitting in unopened boxes in my home. I’ve tried several times to escalate my concern to no avail. What’s really unfortunate is that I like to support local businesses, and I have made several purchases from Union Lighting & Furnishings before, but they have now lost me as a customer. No wonder people shop at Amazon. My advice? Be super cautious supporting this business.

We purchased many items from Union Lighting over the last 9 months.Steve Sharpe our Sakes Rep is just a great person to work with.He is amazingly helpful and responsive and just so Customer focussed.Today we had Cecil and Peter over for a service call and these guys were a pleasure to deal with…..so proactive so helpful and knowledgeable…just so happy with Union and their amazing team.

My wife and I recently underwent a home renovation and new lighting was part of the project. Union Lighting was our only destination as their selection and pricing are excellent. Krissy our sales representative answered all our questions promptly and professionally and was a pleasure to deal with. We had a minor issue with one of our chandeliers. Krissy sent Cecil and Peter to our home to solve the issue which they did with upmost professionalism. Union lighting should be your one stop shop for all your lighting needs.
