hours of operation says 11am to 7 pm on saturdays but store is still close at the moment while customers are waiting outside in the cold.Unprofessional.

I've been to many mobile phone stores. These days they all carry similar phones from the big manufacturers. What counts is service, especially post-sale. This store exceeds expectations. They are so helpful. Big recommendation.
