“One think that is essential in any business success is Customer Service and how you make the customer feel about their purchase and give then peace of mind that you are not left alone once the purchase is made. This store did great in that department when I bought a Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard for my new iPad Air 5th Gen. The staff are nice and friendly and help you the best they can.The owner/manager Adnan was very patient and cool. He let me check the keyboard connect it to my iPad test it and take my time. You can tell when someone is doing honest business. They do not try to trick you or word things in a way that twist things and force the sale. He also told me to check home if any issue they can help with any issues.This store is full of brand new apple and other tech products priced very reasonably easily 30%-40% below the retail price. I will come back. They told me that they can also get special orders if there is something I want that they do not have at the moment.”

“I spoke to Wan over the phone before heading over to Soft Comp and he seemed knowledgable and committed enough to be worth my time.I'm very good with computers and have never run into an issue that I couldnt solve from virus to rebooting loops, cpu overload u name it.The problem I was having was in BIOS or so I thought. To make a long story short, I shared conversations with 3 guys there who were all very informative and only charged me pennies for their time.It didn't feel like I went to a repair shop it felt like I was helped by friends.”
“I dropped my 3 year-old Dell laptop which caused unresponsive keys on my keyboard, and thought the charger stopped working. Messaged them on their website about the situation and got a response quickly, which was appreciated. They gave a general quote for the replacement of the keyboard and charging port, which equated to around 200+. I went to their shop the next day. The two techs were attentive and nice even though they were busy with their other clients upon our arrival. Our turn came up and they diagnosed my pc right away – turned out the charging port was working, and it was now just the keyboard issues. They were transparent about the pricing, potential procedures, and explained what was wrong with my pc well. Overall the process was smooth and got my pc fixed in under an hour. What was originally quoted to be $200+ ended up only being $40 plus tax, as no replacement of parts was needed, which made me happy considering I'm a stressed-out student on a budget . Thanks PC Gate Computer for a great experience.”

“Needed my 2015 iMac screen replaced after it fell off my desk and cracked. The technician here offered to replace it and said it would be ready after a couple of days. Way better than the Apple store at Yorkdale, they said to buy a new one since they didn't have the screen in stock and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Come to Supertech if you want quality service from a technician that knows what he's doing.”

“(In correspondence with LG, this was neither there nor my fault, but some parts of my experience still apply. Changed to a 5 star to alleviate damage my review may have done, and because I believe in 2nd chances, but read on) They need to improve there customer service. "Ordered a monitor off amazon. The monitor arrived damaged, with damage on the box (in the end no fault of there own). Company responded extremely slowly, gave me conflicting information, cancelled the return until I got it reinstated by amazon." The adhesive sticker thing on the back of the monitor had failed, so they were justified in denying my RMA, and I have to take it to an LG authorized repair center, but they came at me from the onset accusing me of fraud, which was wrong and insulting to say the least.”

“Poppy and Graham are award winning for a reason! Their customer service is next-level brilliant. They are brilliant at communicating – clear, timely, human and friendly. I especially appreciated them giving me a ring when they had to close early so I had time to pick up my laptop. I had some very sensitive files on my work laptop and from the outset they were very clear about how they would safeguard them. I have mobility issues and their shop is all one level and you can park right outside – super helpful. They are honest, kind, friendly people who obviously have the technical skill and experience to manage many jobs. They are transparent and clear about costs (which are very reasonable) from the outset as well as how long things will take. They have a quick turn around and will prioritise jobs if they are urgent. I’ve tried quite a few other local computer companies and I’ve never felt that I could trust that they weren’t just taking me for a ride. But Poppy and Graham couldn’t be more different - I feel entirely comfortable with them and with entrusting my tech in their very capable hands. It was really refreshing to be able to deal with a woman in this very male dominated industry. I’ve already recommended them to a handful of friends and will be going back myself whenever I need to.”
