An unforgettable riverside retreat along the magical Rogue River. The rooms are clean, well appointed, and the shower had plenty of hot water after a long day of fishing. Jen (6th generation owner from the Lucas family) is an incredible chef and an even nicer host. We honestly felt like regulars, even though it was our first time there. Can't wait to return!

A really special place. There’s history in every building and natural beauty in every direction. Old fashioned hospitality and the food is outstanding. Large group capacity and plenty of space for gathering or exploring the surroundings. Rooms were clean and classy and being located next to the river was a huge perk.

These folks are awesome!!! I am just one of MANY firefighters they fed breakfast AND dinner to while on the Flat fire. The food there is phenomenal and the people were incredible as well. I will definitely be returning here to visit when I'm not out on fires. Thank you all for your hospitality. You guys completely rocked it!!!??❤️☺️

Came up here to help out miss Jen, who was feeding 150+ firefighters on the flat fire, twice a day. Miss Jen, Bobby, jazz, rj, Kyle, Scott, Marcus, moose and many more, were amazing!! So friendly and welcoming even though they were running on fumes. The property is gorgeous! Can't wait to come back as a guest!9

This has and always will be an amazing place. The Lucas family are amazing hosts and always accommodating. The landscape is beautiful, and untamed, and the accommodations a rare step back in time. Its almost hard to want to share this little piece of Pacific Northwest Heaven. Looking forward to being back soon.

Jen and Bobby make Lucas an added amazing experience. The lodge truly has character and insurmountable amounts of history. The property alone you can get lost on (in a good way) and is kid friendly too right next door to a playground. A short walk to the river which sits on great fishing water this place is hard to beat! Jen’s hospitality and homemade cooking specifically we will be coming back for. No doubt a hidden gem of Oregon if you haven’t been you should put it on your list of places to stay!

I recently stayed at Lucas Lodge with a group of friends on a winter steelhead/reunion fishing trip. I can not say enough good things about this rustic lodge and the family feeling that Jen and Bobby create. The food is amazing, the setting is incredible and the hospitality is off the charts. I can't wait to go back next year. A special call out to Jen for always creating a diabetic friendly desert for me ;-).Thank you both for a wonderful time, you will see me next year for sure!

I recently enjoyed my second multi-night stay at the Lucas Lodge. As with the first, Jen and Bobby went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay: delicious food, comfortable and clean lodging, and gracious hosting. The atmosphere is low-key and accommodating, but the service and experience is top-notch. Highly recommended. Bring your sweatpants for after-dinner wear :)

Lucas Lodge is a beautiful oasis, located steps away from the Lower Rogue. Jen and Bobby have created a welcome, warm atmosphere for people of all ages to enjoy. The beautiful scenery and history in the area must be experienced. The most difficult part was a leaving and waiting for the next trip to Lucas. Thank you Jen and Bobby for your incredible hospitality.

It was my second trip to Lucas Lodge with a group of friends for some winter steelhead fishing. Love this place. It feels like home. Its a fabulous setting ,great fishing, great food! Jen and Bobby are great hosts and I couldn't recommend it more. Try it you'll like it !!!
