Be aware when buying snacks they might be expired, Purchased chocolate cupcakes that had a funky smell/had white fuzz growing on the sides. Also the prices are ridiculous for small sized items.

Staff is nice, but things are way upcharged. Would much rather make the short drive to winco or freddies.

The staff is amazing and welcoming, even though items are priced waaaay too high for convenience the staff make it worth the trip. Thanks for a very nice experience.

I called to see if they would honor a reward points thing on the app, and was greeted very rudely by Ahiba, as I've been there several times before and wanted to avoid him and his gaggle of friends that always seem to be on shift with him.
I tried to ask if they would reward the rewards points but he interrupted me and hung up the phone.
When I walked to the store I saw sonita/sanita (hard to read her name tag) working all alone. The store was packed. A mess. And she couldn't communicate well with customers thanks to a language barrier.
I genuinely felt bad for her despite how rude she can be to me and my partner.
She didn't really seem.. present I guess? She seemed so lost, stressed, and like she hated her job honestly. But if I had to work with Ahiba and his friends I would be too.
Especially after I walked through and saw the condition of the store he left her with.

I often have to complain and educate the staff on how to do their jobs. It's very infuriating.
I would personally love to work here because it seems like they need some serious help.
The new staff, (not to seem racist. Buts it's obvious they are all foreigners) are inept at their jobs and make it so hard to stop by for items when I'm between shopping trips.
The little woman who works there (I believe she's mandarin due to me recognizing some phrases) can barely speak English and it makes it quite difficult trying to explain I have the app and I have free food/drink due to points and rewards.
She also got dirty mop hands all over my taquitos and was upset I told her I was getting fresh ones and didn't want her to touch them again.
The foreign guys who work there always gives me weird looks and seem to be making fun of me in another language, and I assume it's due to my cystic acne and the scars on my arms from my eczema.
I also suspect these guys are the reason I had to replace my foodstamps card and my debit card. As this is the only establishment I used those two cards that weren't winco/grocery depot. (Legit. No other physical payments on those cards, ever. I only use online payments for bills for internet/electric. And I pay rent in cash)
The only real nice people there is an older man and a woman who's worked here for a long time. They seem to be the ones pulling the weight.
