If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I ordered almost $20 worth of stuff for my kids today and one of the workers instead of having my order ready for me he gave me a bag to get my stuff. Another worker questioned me about the order I showed him the code, the items ordered and the payment that came out of my bank account for the order. I forgot to mention when the guy made more taquitos for my order he left them on the counter instead of taking them out and immediately putting them on to cook and he went behind the counter! There was two of them working and no reason for this! He was refusing to give me my order and also getting upset with me! This place is a joke and the management older lady has a nasty disposition! No customer service etiquette or people skills whatsoever! Hire people who actually will do their job correctly and be polite and kind and bottom line work!

AVOID THIS 7-11 AT ALL COSTS! They are committing fraud. Most of their items ring up to over DOUBLE the listed price tag. I tried bringing this up numerous times (over months) to them and the young short white male employee will just say, "never trust the prices here". Excuse me? You work here and are responsible for the price tags. They still won't do anything about it or honor the listed price. This practice is highly illegal. Things really changed here once they changed ownership last year. Place is filthy, things are always out of stock. I would give negative stars if I could.
I have reported them to the Oregon Consumer Protection Agency as well as the Department of Weights and Measures.

They blame inflation, but charge 5xtimes the price at the grocery store. They sell expired children snacks that are molded and 7 time the price from any other store. The slupee machine never works and soda machine has bacteria growth.Terrible service employees have bad attitude and hate towards customers, they say it's not they're job. And not my problem to refill coffee or clean hot food areas. Hands down worst management.

Alberta is an awful wicked person with an attitude. Went to go pick up some chew, I forgot my wallet hoping it wouldn’t be an issue. It wasn’t so I had to go home and get it. When I got back I let her know her night shift employees do not check my ID and that she should check in with them. She went ballistic, put the can of chew up and said I was being “nasty.” I was nothing but. I was simply pointing out multiple employees don’t card me she told me to leave the store and go to US Market. I did. They didn’t ID me because I’m a regular, I will no longer be going to any 7/11 location. I thought the whole thing was just sad to see someone so angry and hostile working at 7/11. Get a life better yet go get a real job. DON’T GO HERE!

A few months ago maybe less, the owner fired everyone aside from the manager and 1 of the guys who work later shifts/afternoon, The new people hired over charge on items that have a price clearly marked on them and yell at you telling you" wrong" 1 of the only words you can understand, the mumble and don't give change.They are irritable, make you feel like you're a nuisance, and can't understand what you're asking them. If you can't communicate with customers, how are you expected to succeed? Would no-star if I could. Now I go across town to a US market

The guy who works grave yard (Nathan Brown) is rude and lazy! He told me if my friend came in he was going to kick him out, Nathan claims that my friend has been "stalking" and "harassing" Nate.This has never been an issue till he started working there. Have y'all looked at his criminal record? If not, you might want too.

The lady Dawn that works there (I think that’s her name), she’s a newer lady. Short and stout and really mean. She said my 10 year old daughter was “kind of round to have such a big soda”. She’s a little over weight but come on lady! Isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black. I’ve been going to the place since it was circle K.. I’ll be going to US market until that person isn’t there anymore. I’ve heard her speak to other people rudely too. On top of that she talks bad about customers to her coworkers while other customers are in the store. Nobody wants to go into their local corner store for drama.

This lady screams at people.. she didn’t let a guy purchase his drinks because he pulled into “her parking lot” too fast. She’s bad for business for sure. Sad to see a good store ram into the ground by one person.

The blonde young kid I think his name was andrew that works there was mad that I was waiting for my friend to finish shopping in the store said I can’t just wait in the parking lot in my own car
