They sell outdated scratch off lottery tickets. Must make more money that way or something fishy is going on with lottery at this location ... and the prices are outrageous! Way more than the other stores , maybe the owner has a gambling problem. Don't go here to buy lottery. 2nd time something happened with it, 1st time an employee stole one of my winners this time outdated lottery tickets

As delicious as the donuts are, Ione must hurry before they sell out. It is clean. Customer service is not good at this location. I come here often because its near my work. Their coffee selection is smaller than other stores. Also, parking seems to have a 3 minute maximum. The Staff will come tell you to leave; even if the customer is updating their app or shopping for rewards before entering the store. Not lot of parking but no street parking available, either. Maybe that's why they keep asking people to leave, to me room for more. STILL in my opinion, that's rude considering coupons are not honored, they never return money on one of their mistakes. I do love 711 and know what to expect but this 711 is useful when in a hurry and you don't plan needing assistance or patience. The roads are snowy and icy and these are the entrances.

This place sucks now. Wayyy too expensive and when you find a good deal its never in the system so they end up charging you twice what it says it costs and they expect you not to notice and if you do happen to notice they shrug their shoulders and say oh well I don't know why it's not ringing it up the right way. Plus you can't communicate with half of them that work there. 0 out of 10 would not recommend

I'm done coming here. The owner fired all the people who can speak English and the Indians that were hired are irritable, make you feel like you're a nuisance, and can't understand what you're asking them. English should be a bare minimum requirement. If you can't communicate with customers, how are you expected to succeed? Would no-star if I could. This place is ruined.

This 7/11 used to be my absolute favorite spot to stop almost everyday for the last two years for a little cold brew or something, I absolutely loved the staff they were always so sweet and communicated with me and I adored them! However within the last few weeks a new crew has come in which has led to a few issues for me. First they're always rude and pushy, they never want to talk to you and they've continuously overpriced me every time I've gone in there. Instead of just scanning the barcodes on each item they type in codes for each item and overcharge, and it's gotten outrageous. At first when they started I figured it was just a learning curve and they were trying to figure everything out until it started happening every time I've gone in the past few weeks. Today I finally had to confront them and make them fix it because I'm sick of it, and instead of listening to me they just kept telling me I was wrong and the items were rung up correctly. After a few seconds of arguing with them they finally gave in and properly priced my items, but either way I'm so so sick of being mistreated by them every time I go in there and I strongly recommend everyone else to also go to a different location because it's ridiculous and I plan on contacting corporate and or the better business bureau because it's absolutely out of hand and extremely distasteful.

Poor service that if you don't know something ask. Don't blame the customer for getting upset. Be a grown up period. Everyone has a right to feel how they feel.

7-Eleven got a new money order system, and the employees don't know how to use it. It's been a month, and they just say it's broken. when I first went in, they said that it was new and they hadn't been trained yet. Now they just say it's broken. Funny. I've been to 3711s, nobody knows how to use the new system yet. It's cheaper at the grocery store anyway. And I only needed one.

I go here so often because of April, the store manager. She is great, always happy to see me, and just a really nice person to be around. I don't get that level of customer service or friendly conversation anywhere else.If you go here and April is not in, the service is going to be a 50/50 depending on the person.But the store is clean, most things are usually stocked, and I like making it a frequent stop. Thanks, April!
