I had been referred to them by Napa for a compression fitting.. So the next day I drive there from shotgun creek to there place in Albany Oregon... And they told me that they don't know why Napa refers people to then cus they have no automotive parts... Only hydraulic lines and fittings.... Well shit that's what a compression
fitting is ! So not impressed...

Fantastic service. Needed hose repairs to get a machine back out in the field working asap.The tech looked over the problem, and took care of it quickly and confidently.Friendly service both times I've been in.I will definitely look to them for future repairs and parts.

I really appreciate the great experience I had here!! Bill and Andrew went above and beyond to help me with my pump project. I was in and out many times over the period of a month. I was in multiple times right before closing, needing help, and they took everything in stride with a smile on their face. Everyone in the building is very friendly and wanting to help. Nick delivered the highest level of customer service I've received in a very long time. I threw four projects at him and he found solutions to all of them. By the end of it he had called a vendor to see if they sold something that wasnt in the SOS catalog, special ordered one part and verified the arrival date, made three work arounds to my plumbing issues, suggested where to find specially colored tubing, asked his supervisors and associates to double check a couple things, and did it all without an ounce of frustration. He then went on to show me how to properly use brass sleeves properly for a tight seal. Just blown away by his expertise, patience, and sheer level of service. I will recommend A1 coupling to everyone because of Nick.
