People don't get anything used here. They don't clean the furniture when it comes back threw. My dog found drugs in a couch threw them. Animal hospital bill of 2300 bucks. then they just want to lie about having it cleaned. They laugh at you saying it wasn't from them but have eight kids in the house only thing that new in my home and same night my dog gets drugged humm.. then they continue to call you months after asking if you need any furniture after you repeated told them to stop calling have blocked numbers five times now look at me going filling out a restraining order out for shanna because you all won't leave me alone

Just a couple minutes ago I had an employee come to my door and knock a couple times. I didn’t answer the door as I was busy with my kids at the moment but as I was walking towards the door the employee twisted my door knob trying to just come inside. Absolutely unprofessional to say the least not to mention their site says they don’t open until 10am and it was only 9:30am

You know I've been paying on this bed for over 2 years that I have Aunt. I got four more payments left and they can't even make a good deal out of the bed and just practically give it to me and what's in the couch? I've only had it for 6 months but it's costing me too much money and I am very struggling financially. And yes they have worked with me but paying on a bed for 2 years is absolutely ridiculous. I thought they would just give it to me.

I have been with Aaron’s for almost two years. They were exceptional when my fiancee and myself were struggling. They worked with us and we are five months away from owning our bedroom set. I appreciate Aaron’s for allowing us the benefit of the doubt and ensuring us to ownership.

I was made to believe by not only a apparent con artist but by Aaron's themselves that I was just signing a paper stating the computer system dropped off was in fact delivered. Then the computer ( mind you I never even opened the box) it was mailed to someone who was actually purchasing it in Georgia. Then the person who received the laptop stopped paying o guess and now Aaron's is coming after me, not the purchaser. But wait I have more. I was told I was just signing that it was delivered. If I had purchased a computer, especially a expensive one don't you think I would have it. Then the purchaser told Aaron's he sent us the money and were stole the laptop. Called us stupid people. Well aarons???? Where is this so called paperwork I filled out? Why didn't you tell me I purchased this computer? And then if I'm buying it...... why am I getting money for the whole thing fromvsomeone else? You guts tricked me, I've told the police. And I should have been informed.... congratulations on my computer? NO where isbit Then? Go after him, I don't have your computer. I can't believe you even let me just sign for someone's laptop. I'm so mad. I need this taken care of

I CAN'T BELIEVE ARRON'S RIGHT NOW MY DRYER BROKE LAST MONTH JANUARY 15TH 2024 DIDNT HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS JUST TO TELL ME THAT THE COMPUTER IN THE DRYER WENT OUT AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY GOING TO BRING ME A LOANER UNTIL MY DRYER WAS FIXED BUT NOW TODAY 2/20/2024 I GET TOLD THAT I DONT GET A LONER SO THAT I CAN DRY MY CLOTHES IM NOT PLAYING THERE GAME IM DONE.

(2017) Clearly dont know how to answer a phone, ive called literally 10 times now to make a payment.(2024) years later management is horrid. Matt up front was super helpful and informative but management was just plain rude and unprofessional. Going back to Aaron's in Salem off Lancaster where they treat me like a customer. I only tried here again because they were closest to me. Aarons on Lancaster actually lets me take my stuff with me and not have to wait forever to get delivered. Also, management was extremely rude about me cancelling my order when she was the original reason why I did proving more why I should continue to cancel. She said she was the new manager, I think they should try again.

Where do I begin? If I could give negative stars I would. When we first picked out a couch and love seat set we were led to believe that they were never owned before. When really they were. And we definitely specifically asked if we were getting the exact couch that was on the show floor in their store. And it for sure wasn’t the exact one. The chair we got was all broken from previous owner. Then the deal breaker for me is. Is if we talked to them about payment and told them we would pay on Friday. Then later that day someone else would call us and when we told them we spoke to someone already and they said Friday would be fine they called us a liar. Then on Thursday they would show up. They were very aggressive and invasive. They constantly show up at our house before the payments are even due. If I knew I was getting a used sofa set I woulda just bought it on FB marketplacefor like 100 bucks instead of nearly1,000$. Terrible customer service. I would never go thru them again.

This is by far the worst company ever! I have never had this much trouble financing anything But these guys charged me $2,300! For a broken washer that was malfunctioning straight off the bat! Oh and the dryer light burned out and we only had it 6 months. They brought me a loaner washer, and that one was failing as well. They refused to bring me a washer that was functioning properly unless I made a payment. Forced me to pay for a broken washer! Then. 2 months later, They brought me the working washer! Yay right?! Nope. This washer was full of GERMAN COCKROACHES. MIND YOU. I have never seen one roach in my apartment. We have annual inspections that help us watch out of bugs like that. Our apartment is clean! They forced me to pay for that ROACH washer before they brought me one which took 3 weeks and that's 3 weeks with no washer for my family of 4 Then we lost our job and they took our washers after only 2 months of missing a payment. They refused to leave them and told us we had to pay the entire remaining balance before they bring them back to us! Mind you that will be another 2 weeks before we even get a chance to wash our laundry now! This company is a rip off and I have every bit of what I need to file a legal lawsuit with the better business bureau. Y'all need to get your shit together. So selfish for a buck that you don't even care about your customers who actually need some of these products. I will never do business with them again! I learned my lesson! I'm fed up. Wasted thousands on broken washers! Let's not forget that the so called "Store clerks" hang up on you when they get frustrated rather then helping to fix the problem. Worst customer service ever. We will NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY! I spoke the truth now they can tell you the lies! This company only cares about profit!

This is HANDS down the worst customer service experience I have ever had! When I first entered the store, everything was great! Miley is knowledgable and very helpful! Rylee was very friendly and the GM Jenifer was also very friendly. The problems arose with the delivery of the E BIKE that I purchased. The delivery itself went smoothly, taking all of 5 minutes, except for the fact that they were an hour late. Upon entering my home to tighten the brakes before taking the bike out for an initial ride, it became evident to me that the gear shifter was completely shot. I also became aware of the fact that I was not given a key to access the battery. My initial phone call to the store yielded much pushback, with Rylee suggesting that I had the key and just didn't see it. They eventually found the key, and I was informed that they would bring me the key and check and see if they had a spare shifter at their store. While waiting to receive the key and new part, I proceeded to hammer on the shifter because I still wanted to ride my new bike!!! Well, lo and behold, it doesn't work!!! No peddle assist, throttle, anything. Just some lights and a regular old bike. I called the store again and was informed it would take several weeks to receive a new bike, and they could not guarantee me the same model. As of typing this, I am still waiting for my key because the driver brought the wrong one on his initial return trip! A delivery that should've ended at 6pm PST is still continuing at 8pm PST, with no end in sight and no help from anyone on their end. Avoid this place simply for your peace of mind.EDITAfter looking over the reviews on Google, DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE.EDIT 2The store is now closed, but before they closed I was informed they COULD NOT find my key and will let me know if they do.

Horrible company. My sectional broke in two after only having it few months. Went to return and they said the cld not help us. Customer service is terrible and unprofessional
