Great and friendly staff. Awesome variety of products for a relatively small store. It is close and convenient for me, and it is nice to support a local business.

Thank you to the Young man in Deli doing the BBQ out front. He helped us 2xs in 2days and we are from Hillsboro Oregon. We enjoyed the Brisket he cooked and got a whole one on Sunday to bring back. The Cashier was very helpful and Very polite and caring. The lady in the liquor part was little off until we started buying multiple bottles of different things that we had to learn how to make a old fashion drink. Thanks for the Help. This is a very nice IGA and stocked very nice. So sad I forgot to come on Saturday for the Deals but came on Sunday for a Whole BBQ Brisket. Thanks.

We visited the store when they were first opened. This is her first visit since then.We specifically went for the pork chops on ad and fresh fish.Immediately upon entering the store we were hit with the stench of fish. Anyone who knows about fish or eats fish often knows that if you can smell fish at the fish counter they are not keeping up their cleaning of the counters or refrigerators. To be hit at the front door with the fishy smell, certainly changed our mind about buying fish here! When I reported this to a PIC (person in charge), her response was: 'It's the heat...they cleaned it out the other day. And they are working on getting the ventilation system updated.'Common Sense tells us if you can smell the fish when you first come in the door they're not cleaning their fish areas often enough!Otherwise, the store's pricing seems to be in line with Market of Choice in Corvallis.PS, We won't recommend this store and we won't be back.

I live in South Albany and don't make it across the bridge too often, but I always make sure to stop into North Albany IGA when I do. They have a great selection of meats and dairy at a reasonable price. And they stock Royal Riverside Farm's chocolate milk - that alone is enough to stop in. I'm something of a chocolate milk connoisseur, and Royal Riverside Farm's chocolate milk is the best I've ever had, by far. I don't drink often, but they also have a massive selection of local/OR brewed beers as well as microbrewery beers from across the country (and, of course, the big brand beers, too). Their produce section is great, too - lots of fruits and veggies that look and taste good. Their frozen/packaged food section is a little lacking compared to Freddy's, but it is better than, say, Target. The cashiers aren't particularly friendly, but I don't have an issue with that, really. I'm not typically looking for good conversation at the market and they get the job done.

Darrel is the most inexperienced person who I have ever dealt with at a Stihl dealer he is absolutely unprofessional and doesn't seem like he has ever ran a piece of equipment in his life ... he refused refused a sale because he says I have the wrong equipment for the blades .... What a absolute joke we have a landscaping business and also work for landscaping supply and I will tell everyone I know about this guy Darrel .... Unprofessional and definitely not anyone I would recommend to talk to or imagine why anyone would want them working for them

Do not waste your time or money having them sharpen a chain for your saw. I had them sharpen two Sthil chains and the results are horrible.

It's nice to have a Grocery store close to home. It is a little expensive then most stores but in a pinch I'm there. People are friendly they're out to help you.

I used to think highly of this facility and enjoyed shopping at their store and the ACE hardware section they provided. That was up to the time when my favorite ACE customer service representative suddenly went missing, and I came to find out he had been fired because the ACE manager (Andrew) no longer found his shift hours convenient to his schedule! (Even though this employee had been hired for this particular time schedule and had arranged other part-time commitments that conflicted with the changed ACE schedule demands!) I now rely on the less convenient options of Lowes and Home Depot for my hardware needs!

This is one of the most confusing and underwhelming Ace hardware stores I've ever seen. That is barely got any hardware four or five short rows trying to live within a full featured grocery store. I'm usually not shopping for something like milk and spackle but if I were, this would be the place to go.

The staff in the store were all wearing masks when I visited twice this week. They had good practices throughout. However, in the fully enclosed liquor store inside the IGA, the female checker did not wear a mask on either visit. A small, enclosed space with her breathing inside there all day...not good. Perhaps IGA could not enforce their mask policy and the liquor store is a separate business?

I love this store and normally try to shop here more than any other store. However, over the past month, I’ve seen the same group of guys walk into the store without a mask, despite the state mandated policy. They walk in without a care in the world, because they know the employees won’t enforce the mandate. I asked about this tonight as I checked out and was told to talk to the store manager, who is out of town for 10 days. Seriously?!? Where is the shift supervisor? Even Wa

Love the store! Was just there though and the cashier was such a b***** I went to grab something and came back and clarified that the rest of the items on the counter were mine and separate from the group of people I was with. The cashier commented, "that's why these were invented." in the most snotty way and held up the divider. It was so rude and uncalled for. Maybe talk to your staff about how to be a generally respectful human being, especially at work.

When I went to check out the cashier (Barb), was wearing her mask inappropriately. I politely asked her to please wear her mask properly. She huffed and puffed and said in an extremely nasty snide tone "They don't work anyway". It was extremely rude and she was overly aggressive towards me for the rest of the interaction. The whole experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe shopping here in the future.

The North Albany IGA staff have been phenomenal during the Covid-19 crisis! I feel safe and confident shopping here. I see the staff working diligently to sanitize carts and baskets and keeping shelves stocked. They are always kind- even through this stressful time- you will be greeted with a smile. Thank you all for all you are doing during these unprecedented times. Without you, lots of us would not have what we need! Our home thanks you from the depths of our hearts. Your hard work and kindness is seen and appreciated more than you know. Thank you all so much! God Bless you- we will be praying for your health and safety!
