I have been renting here for over a year and I really appreciate the customer service and how kind they are. I think it speaks volumes when people aren’t just nice for “customer service” but their kind people in general.

The facility's lot does not drain properly. When there is heavy rains or snow this can cause water to flood your unit. The facility claims no responsibility for these damage and you will need to submit an insurance claim for damaged property. Do not store valuable items here unless they are properly insured.
Apart from the flooding, getting a hold of facility owners can be difficult too. Calling may take multiple attempts and their sign says they are only gone from 12-1p each day for lunch, but when they were back in office seemed more random. Owners also operate more than one facility so they can be difficult to track down as well.
2 stars due to being rented a unit that flooded. Somehow they did not know their units flooded even though this facility has been in service for years.

Best mistake ever! Thought I was renting elsewhere, but it ended up being here. Donna has been amazing! She’s knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, efficient, compassionate… i could go on and on. A true example that customer service still exists, you just have to find it. The unit is clean and easy to access, gate hours work well for me. HIGHLY recommend.

I moved out when the office was closed, so the manager called me --on a weekend!--and refunded the last payment of rent. Great honesty!

I rented a 5×8 it was $175.00 a month. I only needed the unit for a few months. I called several places until i found this one. The lady at the front Donna was very friendly. I was only there a short time before i found a place. I work full time and sent my 16 year old son to finish cleaning out the unit. I should have know better because he did not clean out the unit only he swept everything of ours out into the driveway in the storage facility. I had no idea until she called to let us know what he'd done. I was so embarrassed and cant believe he did that. I was fully prepared to pay a fee and possibly a full months rent since i moved out mid month without proper notification, although she was a little upset she didnt charge me and was super understanding. Personally, I would have charged me. I dont reccommend bringing any of these issues with you when you come but i absolutely reccomend this place if you need a storage unit.

I've rented from self store a couple of times this last time I actually had rented two different storage units one for me and one for my daughter and there was a little mishap with my daughter's on our fault and I just want everyone to know that Donna handled it amazingly. I would recommend this storage place to anybody business or family orientated I can't say enough good stuff about Donna and her business ethics and her customer service thank you Donna for always helping me out kind and professional I appreciate you. definitely five star

great storage unit and great management and people skills! had some struggles in my life and they made certain things so much simpler and so much easier than many others and were willing to work with me help me in my goals to get where I need to be.
