Went in with an issue about my BIOS, gave me a clear and concise explanation and in less than 5 minutes fixed. He knew what the issue was without even looking at it. Very experienced. Due to it being such an easy fix it was free of charge. Excellent service and if I ever have any issues I will come back here.

Had my laptop taken to other places they saw a sticker that said it was running windows 8 and refused to listen this guy actually listened to me and figured out the problems in minutes and fixed planning on going back for new issues when they arise

My nephew dumped milk over his laptop, so we brought it here to have it looked at and dried properly- and cleaned if necessary. The dude here was very frank about the possibility of it frying the motherboard but was not rude at all, explained everything very well. He didn't even charge us for his time, overall great experience. Would definitely use this place again.
PS: The touchpad ended up being just fine, it was just disabled!

Tim was fantastic! He was really friendly and helpful, very transparent with his practices and was able to diagnose an issue that I’ve been having a really hard time diagnosing. Tim fixed and had the computer running within 15 minutes! Amazing and really down to earth guy! Definitely reccomend everyone to check them out if you need any aid with anything computer related

Recommended to me by the Office Depot in Corvallis and I was not disappointed. Fixed my laptop after it had a run in with some water. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable & overall great experience. So grateful my laptop is functional for finals!!!

I took our HP lap top in with battery charging issues. Tim diagnosed the problem as the battery needed to be calibrated. (I had not heard of such a thing!) He showed me how to do that calibration and did not charge me. I am definitely a new customer. He also sells new lap tops cheaper than the "Big Box" stores!

If you are also an self absorbed POS and enjoy belittling people, Always Thinking Computers is for you. Please read the fine print and watch your step, if you look at Medusa for to long you'll turn to stone! If customer service means anything to you, do not go here. I would rather take my chances with the geek squad then give this guy my business. Just look at his responses on the reviews. Sexist and rude, I am very surprised this place is still in business.
