He Evaluated the situation and explain to me that he was going to obtain a new bathroom fan and when he came back he would have me taken care of in no time. He returned when he said he would and wiped his feet before he entered. Before I finished the dishes he had it installed, and cleaned up. He was informative and polite before he left. Having lived in Hillsboro before, I didn't have much interaction with management teams, but I must say, the team here is simply wonderful. Alexis has such a warm and friendly presence; my 2-year-old son adores her for her sweetness and care. Adam, our management professional, is just as impressive. “The apartments are nicely updated. The complex is clean and quiet. The manager Tamryn is fair, communicates promptly and strives to treat everyone with kindness. The office holds yearly contests for Halloween and Christmas decorations and gives tenants a yearly gift. My only complaint is that, because of how old the buildings are, the insulation isn't the greatest and I wish that we didn't have baseboard heating in the living room. Its expensive to run and doesn't distribute heat well.”
