“Work order for a bathroom fan…..BJ from Maintenance showed up on time and ready to work. He Evaluated the situation and explain to me that he was going to obtain a new bathroom fan and when he came back he would have me taken care of in no time. He returned when he said he would and wiped his feet before he entered. Before I finished the dishes he had it installed, and cleaned up. He was informative and polite before he left. Thank you once again BJ..”

“It is apartment living! We only lived here for a few months, even though it is brand new, has tall ceiling the noise pollution is still the same. When you can hear things, you shouldn't be hearing it is not very insulated. You could hear and smell the laundry when it was running, you could hear the toilet flush, stomping(walking), office chair rolling up and down the hallway, dog barking and running around. We did expect some noise just not the amount we heard. We were also day sleepers due to the job, so sleep is important. Sleeping didn't mesh with upstairs neighbor. We did have the most private with pretty much a great view for the apartment. Watching the river and the wildlife on a daily basis was amazing. Sitting on the porch was great, not so great in the summer when the ac was on as it is on the porch and has to vent somewhere. The apartments were nice, none of the amenities were high end. Cabinets are pressed wood made to look high end! Can't express enough how good the community manager is. Alexis will go above and beyond what is needed to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying the stay. We just aren't cut out for apartment living. Yes, the apartment complex pays for everything but electric it is still an apartment and on the expensive side. This is also a very pet friendly complex. I will say we were impressed by owners and picking up after their pets and most people always having their fur babies on a leash. Regardless of the homeless people living in the backwoods it was pretty quiet and safe. They do have cameras in quite a few places. You have one assigned spot and depending on time and days depends on how many free spots are available, however you can pay for an extra spot for a hefty fee! It would be perfect if they had a pool and hot tub.”

“This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The management and maintenance are super responsive! The complex is uniquely arranged with cute landscaping and a pathway that runs through the whole complex. The complex is also gated/fenced around the whole perimeter, so you feel really safe. I'm allowed to have little gardens which is the best. There's a fireplace in my apartment too! The complex is a little old but they're always making repairs and upgrades. For example, mine has been redone with nice modern floors and counters. My little loft apartment is just perfect for me and my family.”
