This place was able to diagnose the situation with my diesel suburban and help me make a decision regarding repairing it. While it was not the outcome I wanted they were super honest, extremely kind and generous. They were willing to pursue some hopefull solutions even though ultimately none of these panned out. This was a good month they worked with me and even when I came to pick up the vechicle they helped me load it on the trailer. They were patient with me while I pursued alternatives.
I whole heartedly recommend them to be of high business, mechanical and service standards. I will be taking my other vehicles to them when I need work done.
B&B, Bob and his team is an excellent place in the Albany area to have your vehicles worked on.

I have used this shop for over seven yrs now. B&B is the only shop I use for vehicle repair. Very competitive rates,no b.s on repairs. They don't try to upsell you on repairs. Whould highly recommend Bob and his crew.

Great place! Bob was able to diagnose a difficult leaking issue and get it fixed for me. He also worked on our other older truck and did a beautiful job getting that situated. Bob is extremely honest and anybody should be comfortable going here if you've been unsure at other garages that you're getting what you paid for... or if you've been taken advantage of at the other places.. that won't happen here!
