Beggs Tires referred us to B and B Auto. We appreciated B and B's scheduling, friendly customer service, professional explanation of the work done and pointing out upcoming issues with courtesy. Good service, quick quote for brakes service and repair, car in to shop in two days, repairs completed on time. First time to visit B&B Auto and accepted coupon as seen from mailing received this month. Well pleased and I recommend shop for ato repairs!

Took my vehicle to get a brake check was told brakes were fine. Vehicle till made noise so I took it another shop and they told me my brakes were shot.
So not happy with BB Auto.

The 1st thing I really liked about B&B is being able to make an appointment online and give a discription of my problem with my transmission. Very professional and well funtioning shop. I was treated very respectfully. I needed a dianostic done on my transmission. The price was up front without hiden cost.
The tech who did the dianostic was very professionl and highly emperianced in transmissions. He fixed the driveability problem and found the leak in my transmission. He also explained my options for repair.
I learned a lot about taking better care of my car. I definatly will go back for the repair soon. B&B is my auto repai shop for all my repairs.

Finding someone to work on vintage vehicles can be difficult. B&B was willing to take on the task and did a great job, looking forward to taking other cars there and recommending them to anyone who may need experts to work on their car.

I had my own auto repair shop for 44 years and I always bring my work to B&B.
The advice I got from Bob and the alignment tech are definitely 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Everyone at the shop was very professional and your alignment tech was awesome. I am very satisfied with the job. Thank you B&B.

The clutch went out in my car, and B&B was able to get my car in that same day and were done within just a few days! They were upfront with me about the issues and cost and made sure to explain to me everything they were doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

This place was able to diagnose the situation with my diesel suburban and help me make a decision regarding repairing it. While it was not the outcome I wanted they were super honest, extremely kind and generous. They were willing to pursue some hopefull solutions even though ultimately none of these panned out. This was a good month they worked with me and even when I came to pick up the vechicle they helped me load it on the trailer. They were patient with me while I pursued alternatives.
I whole heartedly recommend them to be of high business, mechanical and service standards. I will be taking my other vehicles to them when I need work done.
B&B, Bob and his team is an excellent place in the Albany area to have your vehicles worked on.
