Today I had a scare as I got stuck at the hospital with a dead battery. Thankfully I got a jump, and made it over to Battery X-Change which was highly recommended to me. Peter helped me right away. He explained what he would do from start to finish clearly and calmly as I was a little overwhelmed by the ordeal. (This is my first time with a dead battery by myself). He didn’t end up having the battery in store but gave me his personal recommendation and promised me a deal on an install if I could get it. I did, and within 15 minutes Peter had fixed my whole day. He continued to explain things calmly and politely. He was genuinely so kind it blew me away. I will never take a battery issue elsewhere. Thank you so much Peter for your expertise, your kindness, and your humility.

Pete and his crew are amazing! Was having issues with a battery I purchased from them a couple years ago, it wouldn't hold charge anymore. It was just outside of the two-year warranty by a bit over a month and they still replaced it for free! Most places would have said I was out of luck, but not them. On top of that they were super pleasant to work with. They really take care of their customers, can't recommend these guys enough!

Very friendly, put my battery in. Check my alternator to make sure that wS not the problem. I will definitely being getting my batteries there in the future.

Came here to get a new battery put into my car. Peter gave great customer service, as he was friendly and very personable. He cleaned the corrosion off of my battery terminals and had me in and out of there with a new battery in my car in short order. Really great experience!

Came looking for advice thinking I had to replace a hard to reach cable that I also was having a hard time finding locally. Then, I was informed that my problem could be fixed in less than 10 minutes for $15! The staff was incredible. Was in and out quickly and was well informed on what the problem with my battery was.

A good and honest shop.
When oil change places or tow truck drivers try to scam you into buying a battery you don't need, get your second opinion here.
Straight shooters who just get the job done. Several times now they have saved me from scammers. And they've been this way for the past 30 years of my experience.
