A good and honest shop.
When oil change places or tow truck drivers try to scam you into buying a battery you don't need, get your second opinion here.
Straight shooters who just get the job done. Several times now they have saved me from scammers. And they've been this way for the past 30 years of my experience.

When in today cause i couldn't remove a metal deck plate in order to remove my battery. Pete was definitely a hero today. Super nice guy. Well knowledge. I'm thankful to God someone like Pete is the manager. Guy deserves more than 5 stars and a raise. Nothing but respect

Albany Oregon store has taken care of my battery needs for years. They were always attentive, and helped me out no matter the issue. Today they rushed me thru the testing of three batteries I have bought thru them in the last few years, and two batteries I had to buy elsewhere. A new boat engine was causing the issue. They could no longer be bothered with personal service, so I will save my money, and spend it with a faceless corporation. No service? No loyalty.

Battery was dead could only be jumpstarted. Service was great. Pricing lower than the other local business’s around. Slight issue w/ POS but they resolved the issue the same day no problem.
